WE WILL, WE WILL, QUACK YOU! The Mighty Ducks are coming back in a new Disney+ series, and the leader of the quack is flying in along with them!
Disney has confirmed that Emilio Estevez, AKA Coach Gordon Bombay, is returning to the new Disney+ series!
The series is set to take place years after the original films. Taking place long after Bombay’s retirement, in the Disney+ series, the Mighty Ducks have become a cutthroat, ultra-competitive team that cuts twelve year old Adam (Brady Noon) for under performing. Adam’s mom Alex (Lauren Graham) is then charged with forming a new rag-tag team of misfits to remind everyone what the love of the game is all about!
Estevez will return to his iconic role as mentor to the new team! Will the Ducks remember their humble origins, or will these new challengers crumble under the unstoppable rush of the Quack Attack? We’ll have to wait and see!
