A Top EPCOT Treat Shows up at Disney Springs for 2 Days Only

This is NOT a drill! It may be April, but one of our favorite holiday snacks from EPCOT is BACK for an incredibly limited time in Disney Springs.

We look forward to the holidays in Disney World for many reasons, but one of the biggest ones is being able to grab the Gingerbread Caramel Sandwich Cookie, usually available at Karamell-Küche during the season. To celebrate National Caramel Day, though, this beloved treat is available in Disney Springs this weekend ONLY!

For today and tomorrow only (April 4th and 5th), you can head to Goofy’s Candy Company and Disney’s Candy Cauldron in Disney Springs to grab the Gingerbread Sandwich Cookie!

It’s made with two gingerbread cookies sandwiched with Werther’s Caramel and salted caramel buttercream frosting, and it’s a dream come true every season. The caramel offsets the spices of the gingerbread beautifully, as it’s not too overwhelming, and we honestly wish it were sold year-round.

Don’t forget to also visit the Town Center Market Stalls to take a photo with the fun Werther’s Caramel backdrop, and grab some complimentary caramel samples, while supplies last!
