It’s November 7th, and we’re decking the halls, trimming the tree, and celebrating Christmas at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! This party is happening on select nights at Magic Kingdom from now until December 21st, 2025.
You can hang out at the park from 4 PM until midnight (the party officially kicks off at 7 PM) to enjoy the rides, special entertainment, yummy holiday snacks, cool ride overlays, and MORE. One of our favorite things to do at this special Disney World event is to visit all the characters in their holly, jolly holiday outfits! We’re taking you with us to all the fun (and even some rare) meet and greets at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
As you enjoy the party, you’ll likely see lots of characters out meeting guests. These are extra special meet and greets just for the holidays that often include rare and popular characters such as Jack and Sally from Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. But a word of warning for those eager to meet your favorites, the lines at these meet and greets can get pretty long!

Jack and Sally
It’s always lots of fun to meet Jack and Sally! These two characters are usually pretty rare to meet since they generally only visit for events like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Usually a VERY long wait, this meet-and-greet opportunity can be found at the Town Square Theater. When we entered Magic Kingdom at 4:10 PM, the wait was already an hour, but that’s relatively stomachable compared to how bad it can get later in the evening. If you want to meet the iconic duo, we recommend getting to the park early and knocking it out before the festivities truly begin.
Mickey and Minnie
Speaking of iconic duos, Mickey and Minnie will also be available for photo ops at this year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!
You can meet both Mickey and Minnie in their holiday outfits, also in the Town Square Theater.
Princess Elena of Avalor
Stay at the Town Square Theater for this next character meet-and-greet!
You can meet Princess Elena of Avalor during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Mary Poppins
Mary Poppins is also gracing the party with her presence!
You can meet her at the Town Square Theater.
Elsa and Anna
You don’t want to miss out on meeting with the two Frozen sisters!
You can meet both of them this year at Princess Fairytale Hall!
Royal Couples
Love is in the air! You can meet couples like Sleeping Beauty and Prince Phillip in Fantasyland!
Other couples you can meet include Cinderella and Prince Charming…
Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder…
Snow White and her prince…
…and Ariel, and Prince Eric!
While most of the couples can be found in Fantasyland, over in Liberty Square, get ready to meet Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen!

At Santa’s Christmas Carnival in Storybook Circus, you can meet Santa Claus! Transformed into a holiday winter wonderland, Storybook Circus is a must-see for guests with kiddos excited to meet Jolly Ol’ St. Nick.
Adventureland Characters
Over in Adventureland, get ready to meet friends from Aladdin like Aladdin, Abu, Jasmine, and Genie!
You’ll even find the infamous CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow!
Moana is also making an appearance during the party!
Stitch
You can also meet Stitch donning a fun Christmas theme!
You can meet Stitch over in Tomorrowland!
Daisy, Donald, and Scrooge McDuck!
You can also meet Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, and Scrooge McDuck at Pete’s Silly Sideshow!
There are also special holiday dance parties at the party, where you can dance with a few characters!
Club Tinsel
Club Tinsel is on the outdoor stage in Tomorrowland. Here we danced the night away with characters like Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde!
Disney Jr. Jingle Jam
At Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, you can dance with a few popular Disney Jr. characters from shows like Fancy Nancy, Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, and The Lion Guard.
