ALERT! A New CHANGE Hits Mickey’s Toontown at Disneyland

If you’re at Disneyland right now, you’re probably singing “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.” Yes, really.

The snow has arrived!

First, Disney started putting snow on Sleeping Beauty’s Castle at Disneyland. Now, another part of Disneyland has decked the halls, and as much as we’re excited for the holiday season, it feels a little too soon. After all, Halloween hasn’t even happened yet!

We honestly can’t believe we’re already talking about Christmas decorations up in OCTOBER. We can’t decide which is more shocking — Halloween decor in August, or Christmas decor in October. We love you, Disney, but this is a little too early. Regardless, you can’t deny it does look pretty!

It’s just a little bit!

To check out the next set of Christmas decorations up, we’re stepping into Mickey’s Toontown. We quickly noticed the Christmas wreath around Rodger Rabbit at Rodger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin. It’s a small, subtle decoration, but a nice one!

Rodger Rabbit wreath!

We also saw some garland up at the Camera Shop. The garland was a mix of green and white, with red bows, and a mix of different ornaments.

The Camera shop is looking festive!

Take a look at how festive the Post Office is looking. Early or not, the blue garland and wreath really pop! It seems like there are small present decorations and postcards inside the garland.

Look at the holiday Post Office!

Goofy’s place was very decorated with multicolored garland, ornaments, and ribbons. Honestly, this is exactly how we picture Goofy’s house decorated for the holidays. NAILED IT!

Toontown is getting the Christmas feel

Christmas is officially coming back to Disneyland once again on November 14th, and the holiday season will continue through January 7th, 2026. Not only will it be the most wonderful time of the year, but it will be during Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary. The Christmas season will be filled with lots of treats, entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and more.
