9 Dates to AVOID Buying Disney World Lightning Lanes in October

Sometimes, you just don’t want to wait in line. Trust me, I get it. It can feel like your Disney World trip is constantly waiting in line, and purchasing Lightning Lanes can be a great way to skip the lines and get on your favorite rides a whole lot faster.

Frozen Ever After Lightning Lane

Prices are based on demand, so when Disney is expecting larger crowds in the parks, the prices go up, up, up. We keep track of all the data on Lightning Lanes, and we’re here to tell you the most expensive days you’ll want to know about in October.

For the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, this pass will get you on a majority of rides, but you’ll need to pre-book and select your Lightning Lanes. Certain rides may sell out due to popularity, and you’ll need to stay on top of your phone to ensure you book the next one. This pass is the most “generic” form of Lightning Lane and likely what you’re most familiar with if you were a Fast Pass fan (okay, we were ALL Fast Pass fans).
