Huge news! Disney just announced the opening date for a new attraction at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
We have an official opening date for the newest show at Animal Kingdom, and we can’t wait to see what this new show holds.
The new show, Zootopia: “Better Zoogether“, will debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on November 7th, 2025.
There will also be a Judy and Nick meet and greet near the Tree of Life at the Zoogether Day Gathering Spot. They’re in their new Zootopia 2 outfits.
There will be early previews for Cast Members, Annual Passholders, and Disney Vacation Club Members, too! The dates haven’t been released yet, but we’ll be sure to update you here at AllEars when we find out.
During the show, guests will be welcomed to celebrate Zoogether Day, a day to support unity among the diverse biomes across the city. There are tons of talented animals performing, which we’ll get to watch as a livestream watch party.
Some of the acts include an ice skating spectacular and…
…a grand finale by the superstar Gazelle.
The leading actors came back to lend their voices for the shows, along with the filmmakers who worked on the movies. This show is in 4D, presented in CarrotVision 3D, and is “a reminder that the natural world is profoundly interconnected, and we are no exception.” Oh, and good news: Disney confirmed that there will NOT be any poking, prodding, or critter attacks like there were in the old attraction.
The new Zootopia show will be replacing the It’s Tough to Be a Bug show in the Tree of Life theater. We can’t say we are exactly sad to see It’s Tough to Be a Bug go as we have a few traumatizing experiences from it, but it is always bittersweet to say goodbye to an attraction.
