What a year to be a Marvel fan, huh? Not only did we get a new Captain America movie earlier this year, but we also got Thunderbolts* and have a brand new Fantastic Four movie to look forward to SOON.

Ironheart is also set to release on Disney+ soon, too, plus more movies and TV shows are on the way. Marvel has previously announced its schedule for the next few years, but recently, it seems a NEW Marvel movie has been quietly revealed.

According to Variety, Marvel has added a possible fourth movie to its slate for 2028. The movie is joining three other untitled projects set for theatrical releases in February, May, and November. But a fourth untitled movie has been added to December 15th, 2028.

This is really interesting considering Disney CEO Bob Iger recently said that he felt like Marvel had lost some of its focus by making so many movies and TV shows. So, four in one year seems like a lot, although we don’t know if these could be movies that were previously announced and Disney has just pushed them back to 2028. These films could be anything, including a sequel to this year’s Fantastic Four, Blade, an X-Men movie, Shang-Chi 2, or any of the other projects Marvel has been rumored to be working on.

In the meantime, we still have 2026 and 2027 to look forward to. In 2026, Marvel will release Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Avengers: Doomsday. In 2027, two movies are expected, including an untitled film and Avengers: Secret Wars.

We’ll be keeping an eye out for more details about these untitled projects and will keep you updated, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
