Sure, Disney World has a lot of great restaurants, including table service and counter service dining spots. However, Disney World is also home to a lot of bars and lounges where you can get both food and drinks.

We decided to head on over to one of those bars at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Singing Spirits Pool Bar, to check out the food and drink situation. So now we’re coming in with some hot takes about what we tried there.
As the name suggests, Singing Spirits Pool Bar is the bar you’ll find at the main pool at All-Star Music Resort. The menu is pretty limited, but it features some cocktails, as well as some food items.

We ordered the Charcuterie, which is Cubed Cheese, Salami, Ham, Grapes, Tomatoes, and Olives for $11.79. Now, this isn’t a fancy tray of charcuterie. It’s a plastic tray of basic meats, cheeses, tomatoes, and fruit.

Honestly, this was okay, but it wasn’t anything memorable. The meats and cheeses were fine, but if we wanted charcuterie, this wouldn’t be our first choice.

We also ordered the Italian Sub, which is served with chips for $12.99. Again, this was just fine. It did come with a side of Balsamic you could dip it into. The lettuce was crunchy and there was a lot of meat. It reminded of us of a sub from Wawa because it was so meaty.

You get your choice of chips (we went with Lay’s), which is just also okay. However, in the future, if we’re at All-Star Music and get hungry, we think we’d skip the bar and order something from Intermission Food Court instead, although we noticed that this food actually came from Intermission’s grab ‘n’ go section.

We also ordered a very blue cocktail. The Splash of Blue is made with Absolut Vodka, Beefeater Gin, Bacardí Superior Rum, Corazón Blanco Tequila, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, Sour Mix, and Sprite for $16.50. What is it with Disney putting Blue Curaçao in everything? Well, we won’t complain this time because this is a very pretty drink. We will advise you to mix it up before drinking it because it’s heavier on the bottom.

This was a stronger drink, too, but it went down smooth. So if you want something pretty that packs a bit of a punch, this might be the drink for you. The flavors are pretty straightforward and it’s not super complicated, but it’s a decent drink to order if you’re sitting by the pool.
