“I Was Shocked By How Much I Really Liked This” – The Underrated EPCOT Restaurant You Shouldn’t Skip

EPCOT is full of great food at some of Disney World’s most popular restaurants, but guests might be missing the most underrated restaurant.

EPCOT is known for its incredible rides and entertainment, but let’s be honest, the real star of the show is the FOOD. With so many restaurants and dining spots to choose from, picking just one can feel overwhelming. That’s where we come in; let us point you toward a hidden gem you won’t want to miss.

While we consider ourselves Sunshine Seasons loyalists at EPCOT and usually opt for festival snacks, we recently decided to do something different and go with EPCOT’s largest quick-service spot, Connections Eatery — and “wow” are we glad we did!

Featuring dishes inspired by Italian, French, and Asian cuisines, Connections offers burgers, chicken, pizza, salads, sides, and even seasonal festival offerings! You can find Connections in World Celebration.

We’ll cut to the chase — Connections Eatery is really good for two major reasons.

The first reason is the food — of course! We’re BIG fans of the chicken Hand-breaded Chicken Sandwich (made with pickles, zesty sauce, and a toasted brioche bun), which often reminds us of a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. Make sure you get extra zesty sauce!

You can find the General Tso Tofu Salad here as well for a plant-based option. This is a Petite Kale Blend, Romaine, Broccoli Slaw, Red Bell Pepper, Mandarin Oranges, Edamame, Crispy Wontons, Warm Fried Tofu, and General Tso’s Dressing for $12.49.

On top of the food delivering in spades, we have to admit there’s another big reason to visit Connections…the A/C! Connections does have air conditioning, which is an absolute blessing on a hot day when all you want is some good food and a place to escape the sun.

All in all, we recommend stopping by. Good eats in air conditioning? That’s a winning combo in our book, and we can’t wait to visit again!
