Here’s how you can eat for free at Disney World while you’re already staying on property.

The Disney Dining Plan is a great way to have a worry-free Disney vacation. With this plan, you get credits for meals and snacks. There’s a huge range of different food locations where you can use your credits, from character dining to some food booths for EPCOT festivals. There are two types of dining plans, and here are all the details on how to get the free plans.

What do you need to access the free Disney Dining Plan?

Book at least a 4-night, 4-day stay at a Disney Resort

If you decide to book for longer, you’ll get your free dining plan for all the days you stay, but you have to book for at least four nights.

Purchase Park Hopper Tickets for four days

When you go to purchase Park Hopper tickets (which allow you to run from each of the four parks on any given day), you have to add it on for every day you purchase a ticket. To access this discount, you need to buy park tickets for at least four days.

Book your resort with NO other discounts

To get the free dining plan, your resort cannot be booked with an Annual Passholder, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Visa, or general deals and discounts. If you’re already looking at using a resort discount, you can decide which deal is financially the best by determining whether the Disney Dining Plan is worth it to your family.

Stay during these select dates

This deal is available for arrivals between most dates from:

• June 29th to September 30th, 2025
• October 20th to November 1st, 2025
• December 6th to December 22nd, 2025
