Now is the time to be a Disney Vacation Club Member!

DVC Members just got a new lounge in Magic Kingdom, major discounts come with the membership, and you even get special after-hours events just for you. Now, even more people can learn about the inside the theme parks thanks to this latest announcement!
If you’ve never heard of the Disney Vacation Club, it’s essentially Disney’s way of “buying a piece of the magic.” In normal terms, it’s a timeshare! You can buy points to put towards your Disney vacations with your DVC membership! In recent years, the perks of membership have become more frequent as well.

Perks include Moonlight Magic Nights, exclusive lounges around the parks, and discounts throughout the year. We know quite a bit about the DVC program, but now you can learn even more from Disney itself, thanks to the brand new Château de Voyage.

Inside the Canada pavilion in EPCOT, Disney is building Château de Voyage! This will be the first ever in-park Welcome Home Center to help guests learn more about DVC memberships. At the time of writing, the current Welcome Home Center is in Disney Springs, which we are assuming will remain open as well.

The new Welcome Home Center in EPCOT is expected to open in Spring 2025 and will allow visitors to visit a model room of Island Tower, which is at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and opened back in December 2024.

The Canada Pavilion has been under construction for what feels like (and might actually be) years at this point! We’ve been following the permits, construction walls, and development mysteries for quite some time, so we’re excited to finally have some answers.

We can’t wait for this construction to be finished in the coming months. Be sure to keep following AllEars for more updates on all things Disney!

A very odd choice. Why in a country at all and not on the promenade?
I assume it’s because of all the unused space in the Canadian pavilion that used to be shops years ago.
