This Non-stop Flight Could Be a Game Changer at MCO

If you have ever been to Disney World, there is a good chance that you have traveled to the Orlando International Airport. This Airport is iconic, and not only for the amazing green carpet, but also for being one of the top 10 busiest airports in the United States.

This airport is also known for its service of international flights, given the immense tourism rate of the Orlando area. However, it was just announced that there was an all-new international non-stop flight being added to the Orlando Airport, and we cannot wait!

It was just announced that ZIPAIR will once again be offering non-stop flights between the Orlando International Airport and Tokyo’s Narita International Airport.

This is extremely exciting news, since it is difficult to travel from Florida to the Asia Pacific region. In fact, ZIPAIR offered this same flight back in February and March, which marked the very first non-stop flight from Florida to the Asia Pacific region. And due to the immense popularity of this flight, they are bringing it back again for another limited run.

Three open passenger charter flights are currently scheduled for August 8th, 13th, and 18th, with bookings opening up in mid-June. The new offering will allow continued efforts to establish regularly scheduled service between these two extremely popular tourist destinations.

According to Lance Lyttle, the Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, “The return of service is an exciting milestone and another sign that Orlando continues to strengthen its position as a truly global gateway.”

These groundbreaking flights mark over 30 years of efforts to establish regular flights between Orlando and Tokyo. We are so excited for this offering and are hopeful that it will mean that we will eventually be able to see consistent non-stop flights between these two spots in the future!
