2025 is a big year at Disney World! Although the list of closures seems endless, there is some good news.
This year, Disney World will be home to two new lounges and hopefully a new bar (fingers crossed!). Here are the four spots you need to have on your radar this year at Disney World.

Spaceship Earth Lounge
The EPCOT Transformation might be over, but two massive changes are coming to EPCOT this year. Test Track 3.0 is set to open this summer, and a brand new Spaceship Earth-inspired Lounge will open in late Spring of 2025!
The lounge will be right behind Spaceship Earth in the structure at the exit of the attraction. This lounge used to be used as a corporate sponsor lounge and is now being transformed for guests to experience! It will overlook World Celebration Gardens, giving those in the lounge a view of Luminous!
The lounge will be inspired by the “stories, shapes, and enduring legacy” of the park’s icon. It is set to be a “zen space” for visitors and decorated with “rich textures and warm metallic tones, giving it a mysterious and elegant intimacy.” Of course, there will be food, and Disney promises that you will be able to munch on “delicious culinary creations.”
The EPCOT Transformation Ended 8 Months Ago…But It Changed More Than You Think!
Pirates of the Caribbean Lounge
Magic Kingdom will also soon be home to a ride-inspired lounge. By the end of 2025, guests will be able to dine inside a lounge inspired by the fan-favorite attraction, Pirates of the Caribbean.
Disney says that this lounge will be a “rambunctious watering hole [that] will offer a welcoming haven for all pirate-kind, big and small, and everyone in between.”
Disney Imagineering recently gave a look behind the construction walls and compared the space to the concept art to give us an idea of where everything will go.
We are so happy that construction has started on both the Spaceship Earth Lounge and Pirates of the Caribbean Lounge, and we can’t wait to experience them this year.
Paddy’s Bar
Over in The Landing of Disney Springs, you’ll find Raglan Road. This Irish-inspired dining location is now home to a new outdoor walk-up bar called Paddy’s Bar. Previously, this area was used as a location to house a mobile bar, but it has been transformed into a permanent area for visitors of Disney Springs to walk up and grab a drink.
The bar has just a few (9 to be exact) bar stools, and a to-go line! There are 12 beers on tap, as well as a full bar.
Wailulu Bar & Grill
While Wailulu Bar & Grill may not have opened in 2025, it opened at the very tail end of 2024 and currently holds the title of Disney World’s newest restaurant. If you have not had a chance to dine here, we highly suggest checking it out on your upcoming 2025 Disney World vacation.
It is located at the new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and it is gorgeous! It offers stunning views of Seven Seas Lagoon and, at nighttime, is a great spot to catch Magic Kingdom’s fireworks.
It is open for grab-and-go breakfast and offers a full menu for lunch and dinner. We suggest planning ahead, as it is a lounge, and only walk-ups are available. It is also now part of Mobile Order with Table-Service-To-Go via the My Disney Experience app.
