EPCOT is blooming because it’s time for the Flower & Garden Festival!

From March 5th to June 2nd, 2025, EPCOT visitors get to explore gardens, admire character topiaries, watch concerts, and, of course, eat delicious food. Speaking of food, we tried every booth and location with festival eats and we’re sharing our honest thoughts below!
Your Guide to the BEST Eats and Drinks at the 2025 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market — 4/5

We could not wait to head over to Germany to order from Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market because one of our favorite festival dishes is back! We had to order the Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with black forest ham and melted cheese for $6. This dish is so good, and it did not let us down this year. The ham and cheese complement each other so well. We love that the pretzel bread is soft on the inside, but the exterior still gives you that crisp pretzel shell. We are begging EPCOT never to take this menu item away!

There are two versions of the Potato Pancakes. The plant-based offering is part of the Garden Graze, so if you order it, make sure to get your festival passport stamped! The plant-based version is topped with house-made applesauce for $5.25. We were a little unsure about the pairing, but it worked so well!

The other version of the Potato Pancakes, which costs $5.50, includes ham and onions. It is topped with herbed sour cream. It has a nice sweet and salty combo, and the sour cream boosts the flavor.

Looking for a dessert to round out your time here? Warm Cheese Strudel with berry compote returned to the festival for $5. This dish is bright and has a tartness to it. We love the flaky pastry that has sweet cheese tucked inside of it.

There is no shortage of drinks here! The Apfelschaumwein cocktail returned this year and combines Apple Sparkling Wine and Apple Liqueur for $10.50. Of course, Germany’s booth has to have beer! Three beers returned this year including Bitburger Premium Pils, Stiegl Brewery Raspberry Radler, and the Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. It costs $5.75 for a six-ounce pour or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour. If you want to try them all, you can get a Beer Flight for $10.25.

Beach Grub — 4/5

We kicked things off with the new Seafood Bake made with shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, corn on the cob, persillade butter, and a white wine broth, along with grilled sourdough. This dish costs $8.50.

Alright y’all, we’re starting off strong because this was SO. GOOD. The white wine sauce was light and herbaceous despite being buttery. We were expecting the shrimp, mussels, and clams to be overcooked, but they weren’t. Make sure you eat the mussels and clams while they’re still hot, though, otherwise the shells will close back up! We were supposed to get grilled sourdough, but we didn’t – which could just be first-day problems.

The Grilled Street Corn on the Cob is a festival favorite and can be found at this booth this year. This plant-based dish is $6 and is part of the Garden Graze food crawl.
This dish wins for being the most delicious at this booth – and also the most difficult to eat, but that’s pretty standard for corn on the cob. The plant-based cheese and savory garlic spread are just packed with flavor and so just savory.

For dessert, we’re having a S’mores Bar! This is a fudge brownie with dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker, and you can get it for $5.50.

Okay, on second thought, this was pretty messy too – but boy, was it a hit. It was much lighter than we expected and it basically melted in our mouths. The toasted meringue was nutty and added a nice contrast to the chocolate. We had to eat ours on a plate, though, since it was a bit too messy for the stick!

We grabbed the Coconut Water, which you can get with or without Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum. The non-alcoholic version is $4, and the Coconut Water with Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum is $11.50.

This was light and refreshing, but overall, nothing to write home about. If you’ve had coconut water before, then you know what this tastes like. We’d probably skip it in favor of a more exciting festival drink!
Brunchcot — 4/5

We are starting our brunch adventure with the Avocado Toast that you can get for $6.25. It is topped with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta. This has been one of our favorites for a long time, and it is still delicious! We wish they would add a balsamic vinegar drizzle or something a bit more acidic, but otherwise it is a wonderful combination of fresh ingredients.

Next up, we tried the Biscuit and Gravy featuring IMPOSSIBLE Sausage with pepper jelly. While the Biscuit and Gravy was technically around last year, the toppings have been changed up a bit this ear. You can grab this dish for $6.75. The gravy tasted like brown gravy and we enjoyed the combination of the sausage and pepper jelly. However, we wish there was a bit more gravy as we ended up with just a lot of biscuit at the end. The biscuit was a bit dense and dry, but tasted delicious with the gravy. A great choice whether you are plant-based or not!

We also tried the Shrimp and Grits which is blackened shrimp and cheddar cheese grits with brown gravy and sweet corn salsa. You can get this one for $7.75. While you could definitely taste the blackened aspect of the shrimp, this dish only has a low amount of heat. Along with the sweet corn salsa and savory grits and gravy, we really enjoyed it.

We are finishing with some dessert, and first up is the Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon. These guys are $5.25, and if you are debating on getting them, we are here to tell you to get them! These are delicious. You get sweetness from the drizzle along with sweetness and saltiness from the bacon. And all of that goodness is on top of the flaky and fluffy dough that is rolled in cinnamon sugar. These are some of our favorites at this booth!

We also grabbed the Fruit Cereal Shake which is vanilla soft-serve and fruit-flavored breakfast cereal. The shake costs $5 and is the perfect treat for kiddos. It tastes like they froze the cereal milk from a bowl of Froot Loops. It is pretty uncanny and very yummy! Well, if you like the taste of Froot Loops cereal milk.

You can also get a Peach Bellini here. It is made of sparkling wine and peach purée and costs $11.50. This drink is on the basic side and only has a hint of peach flavor. You will mostly taste the sparkling wine here, which while tasty, falls a bit short for us on the Peach Bellini concept.

Finally, you can also get the 3 Daughters Brewing Coffee Blonde Ale. This ale costs $5.75 for 6 oz and $9.75 for 12 oz. This beer has a strong coffee aroma and tastes similar to a cold coffee. It has a dry finish and a bit of carbonation to it as well.
The Citrus Blossom — 4/5

There are some new and returning items at this booth! First up, we grabbed the returning Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp glazed with an orange-chili sauce for $7.50. This is phenomenal, and we get it multiple times every festival. The batter is crunchy, the shrimp is well-cooked, and the orange-chili sauce is bright and spiced.

Next, we had the Citrus-baked Brie made with orange-lemon marmalade, limoncello-macerated blueberries, and spiced Marcona almonds. It costs $5.50. We can’t say enough good things about this dish! It was rich and flavorful – the tangy marmalade pairs so well with the creamy cheese, and the baked pastry was crispy and buttery.

We also grabbed the Lumpia with plant-based pork. It’s also served with green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour sauce. It costs $6. This item is part of the Garden Graze, the plant-based food stroll at the festival! We were really surprised by how much we enjoyed this – we almost forgot we were eating plant-based port. The sweet and sour sauce was flavorful and even a bit spicy.

For dessert, we grabbed the Lemon Tart. It’s made with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, aquafaba meringues, and raspberry powder and costs $5. This is also part of the Garden Graze! This was wonderfully tart and acidic, with some sweetness thanks to the blood orange gel in the center. The meringues were melted a bit, but they had great flavor.

To drink, you can grab the Orange-Lemon Smoothie. This drink is nonalcoholic and comes in an Orange Bird sipper cup for $15. This is a super sweet drink but it’s a crowd pleaser. It’s basically a creamsicle in a cup!

Those over 21 can try the Key Lime Wine Slush for $12. It’s like drinking a key lime pie, and let’s just say it’s not for everyone. It is so tart that it made us pucker the more we drank it.

EPCOT Farmers Feast — 4/5
We tried the Early Bloom Menu today, which runs from March 5th to April 5th, and we had some great dishes!

First, we tried the Scallop Spring Pea Risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and Gremolata for $8.00. This dish looks similar to last year’s with tomato risotto, arborio rice, and tomato beurre blanc. If you’re going to try something from this booth, let it be this! We loved how perfectly buttery the scallop was; it just fell apart in our mouths. The risotto wasn’t anything special but all together, it made a fantastic meal.

We also tried the Grilled Asparagus for $5.50, which has pancetta bacon, spring peas, frisée lettuce, truffle-sherry vinaigrette, and a soft-poached egg. While the asparagus itself didn’t have much flavor, all the elements around it really shined! We loved the poached eggs with the pancetta together, which provided some saltiness and creamy textures.

The final food item at this booth is the Blueberry Crumble Cake for $4.75. This blueberry cake is served with a blueberry-lemon zest soft serve and blueberry compote. It reminded us of last year’s Blueberry Buckle with lemon crème fraîche. This dish did not disappoint! It had a perfect amount of sweetness versus tang, but we wish it was a little more tangy since that’s how we like our blueberry pie. The texture was perfect, from the creaminess of the soft serve to the crunch of the crumble.

We tried the Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail for $12 with Islamorada Brewery & Stillery Hibiscus Gin. This has been our favorite in past years for its light and refreshing strong floral flavor. It reminds us exactly what a drink at the Flower and Garden Festival should be.

Another returning drink is the Frozen Lemon Tea Cocktail for $12. This is made with Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon and reminds us of a bourbon slushy. This is always a hit for us!

There are also a few beers on the menu this year! You can get the Gulf Stream Brewing Les Rêves de Monet Lager with lavender, B. Nektar Peach Tea Mead, and Collective Arts Brewing Spring Pilsner. A 6-ounce pour is $5.75, and a 9-ounce pour is $9.75, but you can also get all three in a flight for $10.25.
Florida Fresh — 4.5/5

Let’s start with the Conch Fritters which are served with key lime aïoli. You can grab them for $6.50. The fritters were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They were a perfect golden color, and we tasted lots of pepper and garlic flavor. The fritters themselves are tasty, but the key lime aïoli really takes these to the next level! It is creamy and tastes similar to a sour cream dip with notes of key lime. We wanted a whole bottle of that sauce!

Next up, we tried the Florida Strawberry Shortcake for $5. This is a vanilla pound cake, with macerated strawberries, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. The pound cake was buttery and delicious. The strawberries were fresh and sweet, and we could tell the whipped cream wasn’t store-bought. When you get a bit of each component in a bite, we thought it was perfect.

Moving on to the Cubanito which is available for $6.75. It is mojo-marinated pork belly, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and stone-ground mustard sauce. The sandwich is packed full of meat and we loved the slight crunch from the bread. The pickles and mustard added the perfect amount of tanginess for a solid Cuban sandwich.

To drink we grabbed the Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy for $5. You can also get it as a cocktail with gin for $13. We were impressed with how fresh this slushy tastes and the watermelon flavor did not taste artificial at all. There is a light note of cucumber that works well with the watermelon without being overpowering. It isn’t anything that will knock your socks off, but it is refreshing and tasty.

Finally, there are also three different beer options at the booth. You can choose from Brewery Ommegang Melon Falls Watermelon Kolsch, Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Starlight Papaya Pilsner, and Southern Tier Brewing Co. Strawberry Shortcake Imperial Ale. You can get individual pours of each: $5.75 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. Or you can grab all three with the Beer Flight for $10.25.
Fleur de Lys — 4/5

Let’s kick off this booth with one of our returning favorites: Croissant au Fromage de Chèvre for $7.25. It is a croissant with goat cheese, herbs, and roasted garlic. This croissant has wonderful flavors with herbs, garlic, and goat cheese. However, you will definitely want to like goat cheese if you are planning on ordering this. It is stuffed full of goat cheese and it could be a bit overpowering if you don’t like the flavor. The ratio of bread to cheese is a bit off, but if you like goat cheese, this dish could be a winner for you.

Next up, we are trying a new dish! We grabbed the Gnocchis Provencal Aux Herbes for $8.95. This dish features pulled duck confit, rosemary sauce, and herbs provencal-style gnocchis. Even though this dish may not look the prettiest, it more than makes up for it in flavor. This one has lots of hearty flavors with the gravy and mushrooms. It will likely be a better dish for grown-ups, but we definitely enjoyed it.

Now it is time for something sweet and new to the festival. We are trying the Gâteau au Chocolat chaud a la Noisette that you can get for $7.25. It is a warm chocolate-hazelnut cake. This was full of rich, chocolate flavor. It had a consistency of unbaked brownie batter, which surprised us a bit. However, if you love licking batter from the bowl, you will really enjoy this dessert.

We are rounding out the eats at the booth with the Beignet Caramélisé, which is available for $6.95. It is a caramelized beignet filled with vanilla cream and glazed with salted caramel. It is hard not to like the crunchy exterior that cracks as you bite into the cream filled beignet (while it is listed as a beignet, we would compare it more to a donut). It is tasty and sweet, although it doesn’t quite beat the Crème Brûlée Croissant in Magic Kingdom.

Now, let’s move onto the drinks! We are starting with a festival classic: La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush. This drink is available for $14.75 and features Vodka, Grey Goose L’Orange Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and white and red cranberry juices. It is light and refreshing, with some tasty floral notes. We keep coming back to this drink for a reason, but if you don’t like floral drinks, you will want to skip this one.

You can also get a Sparkling Cantaloupe-Melon Cocktail for $9.50. The drink is made with French cantaloupe and honeydew liqueur and sparkling wine. This drink is strong! It is essentially all alcohol so it wasn’t surprising, but we wanted to warn you. There is lots of melon flavor and a fair amount of sweetness. The sweetness is a liqueur sweetness, but it could be a bit much if you don’t like that type of sweetness.

Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 is also available at Fleur de Lys for $6 for 6 oz. or $9.95 for 12 oz. You can also grab a glass of R. Dutoit Les Vieilles Collines Chardonnay for $7.
Hanami — 3/5

We were really looking forward to trying Hanami this year for two reasons: Frushi and Ramen.

The Ramen Cup is $8.50 and is a salad in a cup with fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, and dashi broth with chili oil and yuzu. This year, we were disappointed by it and felt that there was not enough broth and that the chicken was just kind of bland.

But don’t worry! The Frushi for $6.50 did not let us down! Once again, this year’s dish proves why so many people love it. The strawberry and pineapple were so fresh, and we loved how colorful this dish was. It is made with strawberry, pineapple, and cantaloupe wrapped in sweet rice and pink soy wrap and served with whipped cream, drizzled berry sauce, and toasted coconut.

A new item this year is Takoyaki for $7.75. It is Octopus tako balls served with spicy mayo, okonomiyaki sauce, and crunchy rice pearls. Those who have a sensitivity to textures or are picky eaters may want to sit this one out. We felt that the mayo and sweet sauce complemented each other well, but this was different from the Takoyaki we had in the past. This was good but not great.

The Steam Bun returned for $8.50. It is filled with veggies and plant-based soy meat.

To drink, we tried the Kyoto Boba for $6.75, which is crafted kyoho (Japanese black grape) juice with strawberry popping boba. The boba added a nice flavor to the drink and had a light fruitiness.

The Shogun Sangria for $7.75 is a Sake cocktail with a combination of citrus and white cranberry juice. This was a refreshing drink and had a bit of a sparkle to it.

Finally, the Strawberry Nigori Sake, for $9.75, is Nigori cloudy sake with spring notes of strawberry. We loved this! We finished our entire drink and found it to be refreshing. Since it is made with Sake, you can expect a strong taste of alcohol.

The Honey Bee-stro — 5/5

The Honey-glazed Cauliflower for $5 never disappoints. It’s made with honey-roasted carrot purée, wild rice pilaf, spring vegetables, honey-blistered grapes, and sunflower brittle. Although this isn’t 100% a vegan dish (because of the honey), it’s still a winner with us. It’s colorful, it’s tasty, with the right combination of multiple flavors.

The Chicken and Waffles are returning this year for $7. It features crispy chicken and a honey-sweet cornbread waffle topped with whipped honey butter and spicy honey. This was a hit with us last year and the cornbread waffle gave us hushpuppy vibes.

Three drinks are returning this year, including the fun Honey-Peach Cobbler Freeze with streusel. You can get it as a non-alcoholic drink for $5 or add Blueberry Vodka for $13.

We’ve loved this in the past, and still think its fluffy, foamy, and creamy. We also love the texture of the crumbles on top. This one will be a hit with the kids.

Also returning this year is the Florida Orange Groves Winery Orange Blossom Honey Wine for $6.50.
Jardin de Fiestas — 4/5

At Jardin de Fiestas, we grabbed the Taco de Camarón made with crispy tempura-battered shrimp in a flour tortilla with dried hibiscus flowers and chipotle aïoli for $8. This was a hit – the shrimp was crispy and fresh and the chipotle sauce was SO good we could have bathed in it. It was a bit pricey, but we’d get it again.

Next up was the “Giant” Tostada de Carne. It’s made with Oaxacan tostada, barbacoa beef, guacamole, jícama, pumpkin seeds, and salsa macha for $11.50. This was another pricey dish from this booth, but it was pretty big! The meat was tender and flavorful and the guacamole was fresh. The salsa macha added a nice zing without being spicy.

For dessert, we had the Chocoflan which is layered traditional Mexican flan and chocolate cake with toasted walnuts for $6.50. We were surprised by this one! The flan had a great flavor and texture, and the chocolate cake was rich and moist.

To drink, we tried the Oaxacan Sweetheart, which is made with Dos Hombres Reposado Mezcal, lemon juice, orange blossom honey, and a pollen salt rim for $14.75. We LOVED this cocktail. It was sweet without being too sweet, and there was a nice smokiness from the mezcal.

We also had the Elderflower-Cucumber Margarita made with Dulce Vida Blanco Tequila, elderflower liqueur, and cucumber-lime juice for $14.25. This was a refreshing and light margarita. It was floral and fresh thanks to the elderflower and cucumber!

You can also grab a Mexcian Craft Beer here for $6.25/6oz or $11.50/12oz.

La Isla Fresca — 3/5

First up, we’re trying the new Jamaican Jerk Chicken, which is served with Pigeon Pea Rice, Roasted Sweet Plantains, and Cinnamon Butter. It costs $6.25.

We LOVED the chicken in this – the spice was top notch and it bordered on being a little spicy. The Pigeon Pea Rice wasn’t anything to write home about, but it was flavorful and added some heartiness to the overall dish. The sweet plantains had an almost sour flavor to us, we’re not sure if it was the cinnamon butter or what.

The Seafood Ceviche is another new item on our list. You can grab it for $8.25. This was definitely our favorite dish at the booth. The seafood was fresh and the pico de gallo tasted refreshing as well. It was a bit on the soupy side, which might be off-putting for some, but we enjoyed it.

For dessert, we’re trying the Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho. This is made with Chocolate Cake, Coconut Custard, and Passion Fruit Caramel for $5.25. It’s also part of this year’s Garden Graze! We really enjoyed the cake and passion fruit caramel, but the flan had a strange texture that wasn’t really reminiscent of flan we’ve had in the past.

To wash things down, we grabbed the Citrus Slushy, which combines lemonade, grapefruit, and simple syrup in a frozen slushy form. You can get it for $4.75, and it’s also available to order with Don Q Límon Rum for $12. This was refreshing and fruity, but again, nothing that really blew our socks off. We can see how it would be good with rum, though!

Also available at this booth is the Hurricane Class 5 Tropical Sangria from Florida Orange Groves Winery. You can purchase a glass for $11.50. This was a semi-sweet wine, but definitely not very dry. It had some fruity notes, but we didn’t get any overall tropical sangria vibes.

Lan Yuan — 4/5

This year brought change to the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, as the booth located in the China Pavilion has taken on the new name Lan Yuan Outdoor Kitchen. However, this newly named booth does bring back a fan-favorite from its years as the Lotus House: House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons!
They’re are joined by the also-returning Pan-Fried Vegetable Dumplings, the new Satay Beef Bao Bun, and beverages including Mango Bubble Tea, the Brew Hub Honey Jasmine Lager, and three cocktails: the Dragon Dynasty, the Frozen Lucky Peach, and the Tropical Moon.

Let’s start with the classic House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons, which are fried wontons filled with cream cheese, celery, and imitation crab and drizzled with plum-chili sauce for $9.75. This dish has long been a favorite of ours. Now, we will admit that seafood fans may find them a bit light on the crab taste, but overall? We love them.

The Pan-Fried Vegetable Dumplings come in at $5.50 and are filled with bok choy, carrot, shiitake mushroom, ginger, garlic, and sesame. These dumplings are light and refreshing with a tangy taste from the combination of sauce and red onion. That said, a word of warning: The portion sizes are small.

From the old to the new, we have the Satay Beef Bao Bun! This new arrival costs $7.75 and is filled with pan-fried beef, red onion, and jalapeño in a Chinese satay peanut sauce.

Given those ingredients, we wouldn’t blame you for thinking this bao bun would fall on the spicy side. Surprisingly, we actually found it to be the opposite. The peanut sauce gave the whole bun a sweet taste, one which we really enjoyed. In addition, the tender beef and crispy onions paired well with the fluffy bun. Overall, we’d recommend.

There are several drinks to enjoy with your dishes at Lan Yuan, including the non-alcoholic Mango Bubble Tea for $7.75. The drink is quite sweet, with the tapioca boba pearls adding texture.

The cocktail is the returning Dragon Dynasty, which costs $14.75. This drink, made with Baijiu spirit, light rum, dragon fruit syrup, piña colada mix, and soda water is… fine. It’s not bad but doesn’t stand out. Frankly, it’s overshadowed by the more memorable drinks on the menu.

For example, the Lucky Peach is served up in a new way this year: it’s now the FROZEN Lucky Peach for $14.25. The drink still features peach whiskey, peach schnapps, oolong tea, simple syrup, and lemon juice. We really enjoyed this one, finding it perfect for a refreshing break from the hubbub of the festival. It had a sweet peach taste that was neither overwhelmed by the alcoholic ingredients nor overly sweet or syrupy.

Next up is the $14.75 Tropical Moon. This refreshing, not overly sweet “beachy” drink is made up of vodka, triple sec, passion fruit syrup, sparkling water, and white boba pearls.

Beer drinkers may want to give the Brew Hub Honey Jasmine Lager a try for $5.50 or $9.75.
Overall, we found ourselves fans of Lan Yuan. The returning dishes held up, the new bao bun was quite tasty, and the signature drink options were crisp and refreshing. It’s a dependable and solid addition to the festival’s lineup.
Magnolia Terrace — 4/5

One item from last year that we loved was the Traditional Muffuletta for $6.50. While this isn’t the most unique item you’ll be able to find at the festival, we love the ham, salami, mortadella, provolone, Swiss cheese, and olive salad. It’s a great classic when you want something a bit more filling.

Another returning item is the Spicy Chicken Gumbo for $6.50. This dish is filled with andouille sausage, long grain and wild rice. This Gumbo was so delicious! We thought it tasted homemade but is definitely on the spicy side and gets spicier the more you eat it. If you’re not a fan of hot flavors, you might want to skip this dish.

One new dish at this booth is the Grilled Gulf Oysters with cajun andouille sausage, butter, and lemon for $8. It looked like most people were grabbing this dish at the booth and for good reason. It was bright and fresh and had just a little bit of kick at the end.

It comes with a baby Tabasco sauce!

Returning again is the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with rum-caramel sauce for $5. We love eating this dish again and again! The bananas added a great fresh flavor and the inside was moist but firm. The sauce on top was a perfect way to tie it all together.

The Bayou Cocktail got a name upgrade and is now the Spiced Rum Cocktail for $12.50. This drink is a mix of spiced rum, coconut rum, Simply Fruit Punch, and Minute Maid Orange Juice. This wasn’t our favorite drink of the festival but it was sweet and fruity. It was mild on the alcohol taste which we appreciated but was a very typical rum punch.

We also tried three beers at this booth: The Wicked Weed Brewing Twist Belgian-Style White Ale, the von Trapp Brewing Vienna Lager, and the Parish Brewing Co. Ghost in the Machine Double IPA. Each drink costs $5.75 for a 6-ounce pour or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour but trying all three for a flight will cost $10.25.
Northern Bloom
Stay tuned for our review!
Pineapple Promenade — 2.5/5

Let’s move on to the Pineapple Promenade booth! This year, the booth’s menu consists of returning items including the Spicy Hot Dog and a couple of DOLE Whip options.
The Spicy Hot Dog — which costs $8 — features pineapple chutney and plantain chips over a traditional hot dog.

So, getting the big question out of the way first: YES, it’s quite spicy. That’s not a bad —thing mind you, we enjoyed ours considerably, but it’s definitely got a kick to it. Well, the chutney topping does as that’s the source of the spice. The hot dog itself is slightly bland if the toppings are stripped away). Those who don’t like heat with their meal should likely avoid it.
That said, while we were fine with the spicy, there was another problem that annoyed us. The aforementioned pineapple chutney topping made the bun so soggy that it quickly fell apart as soon as we tried to eat it. That’s definitely a slight knock against it, as the general convenience factor of eating a hot dog is usually one of the dish’s best attributes.

The booth offers two variants of DOLE Whip: A regular Pineapple DOLE Whip for $6.50, and DOLE Whip with Fanta for $6.75. Both of these takes on the Disney classic are crisp and refreshing as always. If you’re feeling a bit more adventurous, you can always try the $12.50 DOLE Whip with Sōmrus Mango Cream Liqueur.

And finally, there’s the classic $5 Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade!

This fun, tasty frozen lemonade is highlighted by the edible flowers (from The Land Pavilion no-less!) that top it. Now that said the treat is exactly what the name implies: a frozen lemonade. It’s refreshing, but there’s also nothing “go out of your way special” about it.

There’s nothing inherently bad at Pineapple Promenade — and if you’re in the mood for a spicy hot dog and frozen lemonade, it’s the spot for you — but there’s also nothing that screams “go out of your way to hit this booth” either.
Primavera Kitchen — 2/5

Italy’s festival booths have a tendency to be a letdown during EPCOT’s festivals, and while we were not completely let down with Primavera Kitchen, it was really nothing special.

We started off with the new Insalata Arlecchino for $7.50; it is made with grape tomato, seasonal melon, mozzarella ciliegine, and balsamic dressing. The preparation of this dish felt like an afterthought, and the melon overpowered it.

Next up, we tried the new Primavera Cacio Pepe e Gamberi made with Penne, shrimp, zucchini, peas, asparagus, and creamy cacio pepe sauce for $8.75. This dish is nothing special, but we were really let down that there was hardly any sauce! At least the shrimp tails were already cut off, and we did not have to do the work.

The Chocolate Dirt Cannoli was interesting. While we get the attempt to make it Flower and Garden-themed, we felt that it was kind of weird to mess with an actual Italian dish as in the past, this booth has had some questionable dishes. The good thing is that it was really yummy and was essentially just a cookies-and-cream cannoli. It was $5.50.

As far as drinks go, we liked the Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita for $12. It was citrusy, and you could not really taste the tequila.

The next drink we tried was the Caprese Cocktail for $16, and you are going to want to steer clear of this drink. It was so heavy because it was served without ice; it was like drinking warm tomato juice.

A safer drink option is the Peroni Pilsner $6.50 for a six-ounce pour or $11 for a 12-ounce pour.
Refreshment Port — 5/5

Refreshment Port is known for its classic Poutine and seasonal Poutine’s during EPCOT’s festivals. This year for Flower and Garden, there is a brand new Poutine on the menu. The Provence Poutine has French fries seasoned with Herbes de Provence, topped with goat brie, lavender honey, hazelnut croquant, and fresh lavender. This dish is $9.

This dish really surprised us, and we LOVED the seasoning. If you are not an adventurous eater, don’t be afraid to give this dish a try. The goat brie really helped with the flavor profile. This was one of our festival favorites.

If you are looking for a drink to pair with your Poutine, you can try the Country Boy Brewing Raspberry Lemon Hard Cider for $12 or the Villa Maria EarthGarden Sauvignon Blanc for $6.50.
The Frozen Mojito with Boyd & Blair Rum is back for a third year for $13. This drink is refreshing and has a bit of a tart taste.

Swirled Showcase — 5/5

At Swirled Showcase, we first tried the new Lemon Sorbet for $6.50 in a waffle cone. We loved the bright flavors in this dish!

Last year, we were introduced to Peanut Butter and Grape Jelly soft serve swirl. These two flavors together make us nostalgic for our PB&J days, but we love how you can get both flavors separately too. The Peanut Butter, Grape Jelly, and Vanilla soft serve are available for $6.50 and are a great way to try a familiar flavor before heading to the next booth.

Another dish we loved last year was the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake with fresh honey, granulated honey, and honey mead-blueberry compote for $5.50. It was one of our favorites last year and again made the top of our list. We loved all the different textures put together, and the drizzled and granulated honey on top made it such a fun dish to eat.

We also enjoyed the Lemon-Elderflower Float made with lemon sorbet and Central 28 Beer Company Elderflower Pale Ale for $12.50. This was the dish that surprised us the most! We loved the beer paired with the soft serve; it had a nice texture, similar to a slushy. Ale lovers might want to try this one for a fun sweet treat.

You can also try the Central 28 Beer Company Elderflower Pale Ale by itself for $12.

Trowel & Trellis — 4/5

The Soy-glazed Pork Sticky Ribs for $7.25 come with green onions and peanuts. These ribs were beautifully done and super moist. There was also a good balance of fat versus meat, meaning that there was a lot of great flavor. They did have a little kick, but nothing too crazy. We thought the crunchy peanuts added a nice texture.

If you had told us the Farmhouse Meatball with IMPOSSIBLE Beef was plant-based, we might not have believed you. This $6 dish is served with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and creamy herb aïoli. It’s also part of the These meatballs were delicious and flavorful in a way we didn’t think possible. The lentil bread, though, wasn’t a hit with us, although we did like the creamy herb aioli.

The Chocolate Mousse Terrarium is a returning snack for $5.50. It looks really cool thanks to a matcha crumble and chocolate “soil.” We thought it tasted a lot like a cookies and cream dessert. The matcha flavor isn’t too heavy, but if you don’t like matcha, you might want to keep that in mind.

The Tropical Punch is new this year for $4.75. It’s made with Twinings Mango & Pineapple Herbal Tea, Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange and Guava Juice, Simply Fruit Punch, and simple syrup. You can try it without alcohol for $4.75, or with Cruzan Mango Rum for $11.50. This was another thing that surprised us with its light, fruity flavor. We found it very refreshing.

This food booth also offers Ology Brewing Co Spa Goggles Cucumber Lime Gose ($5.75 for a 6-ounce pour, or $9.75 for a 12-ounce pour).
Yacht Grub — 4/5

We started with the Trio of Dips and Chips for $6.50, which consists of house-made potato chips, caramelized onion dip, whipped feta dip, and pimento cheese. There’s also caviar on one of the dips, so this one is fancy. We’ll admit that this is one of our favorite things we’ve had so far at the festival.

The house-made chips are crunchy and flavorful and pair well with all three dips.

The pimento cheese dip is the least exciting, but it’s tasty.

The caramelized onion was so tasty and we loved the strings of onion inside it – however, we didn’t think the caviar added anything extra to it.

The whipped feta dip, though, really knocked it out of the park with its nice feta flavor and creaminess.

We also had the Meat Assorti, which comes with beef bresaola, prosciutto ham, and salami plated with baby arugula, pickled mustard seeds, tomato jam, truffle oil, and grilled ciabatta for $6.75. This is a lot of meat, and the meats taste high quality, like what you’d expect from a restaurant charcuterie board and not a theme park festival.

The Assorted Artisanal Cheeses and Accompaniments for $6.50 comes with four different cheeses, as well as pickled vegetables. We’re not 100% sure which cheeses were on this board because we were told one was Brie, but we could’ve sworn it was goat cheese. But all the cheeses were tasty

For drinks, we got the Sparkling Cocktail Flight for $14.50 with three nice and light cocktails.

The Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail is made with sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur. It had a nice spring flavor with floral tones.

The Lemon Sparkling Cocktail is made with sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and limoncello liqueur. It had just the right balance of sourness and sweetness, with nice lemon notes.

The Orange Sparkling Cocktail was our favorite of the three cocktails. It’s made with sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur. It was delicious with a beautiful orange flavor.

Overall we were impressed by this new booth!
Additional Locations
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Carts — 2/5

Each Joffrey’s location has a different festival drink, and we tried them all!
At the Canada Pavillion Joffrey’s cart, we tried the Strawberry Island Latte for $6.49, which is a tropical blend of espresso, milk, strawberry syrup, and coconut syrup topped with coconut whipped cream. We weren’t too thrilled with this drink! It wasn’t too strawberry-forward and mostly tasted like a sweet iced latte. It wasn’t too sweet, but this wasn’t a drink we would run out to get again.

At the Joffrey’s near World Showcase, we had an Iced White Chocolate-Mango Latte with a fruity blend of espresso, milk, mango syrup, and white chocolate sauce with vanilla cold foam for $6.49. This drink also wasn’t on the top of our lists this year! We couldn’t taste the mango, but did taste the white chocolate coming through. We loved the cold foam on top, but the coffee flavor was on the mild side, so it might not appeal to strong coffee drinkers.

We also tried the Iced Berries ‘n’ Cream Latte at the Joffrey’s near the American Adventure Pavillion for $6.49. It’s made with a velvety blend of espresso, milk, raspberry syrup, and white chocolate sauce and topped with vanilla cold foam. This drink was so delicious! We loved the chunks of berries blended in, and we liked the sweet, cold foam more than a traditional whipped cream. It wasn’t too sweet, and we can’t wait to order this one again!

The fourth drink we tried was the Pistachio-Banana Breeze Latte at the Joffrey’s in World Discovery near Mission: Space for $6.49. This was definitely not a hit for us. While the banana and pistachio flavors were very strong, we thought they clashed and were not pleasant flavors.

Funnel Cake — 1/5

To be honest, we might be generous giving this even a one out of 5. The Peaches ‘n’ Cream Funnel Cake topped with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, peaches, whipped cream, cobbler crumble, and cinnamon-bourbon caramel sauce just confused and disappointed us.

First, the ice cream on this thing had more of a texture and taste like frozen whipped cream. This was not ice cream, at least not like we know it. We did like the crumble and sauce, but the funnel cake itself was not crispy and was pretty blah.
Refreshment Outpost — 5/5

This year, EPCOT’s Refreshment Outpost is serving up a couple of plant-based dishes, some new brews, and a returning drink for the Flower & Garden Festival.
The star of the menu is the Jamaican Beef Patty featuring IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup, which costs $6.75. Last year this dish was at La Isla Fresca and was one of our favorites, and this year is no different. We found it to be stuffed with filling in the best way possible, and smothered in delicious papaya sauce.

We will say though, the dish is quite spicy. In fact, it may be something that those with an aversion to heat may want to skip. However, spice fans – – or at least those who can handle a bit of heat – – should make a beeline for it.

The second plant-based item on the menu is the Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango that sells for $7.

This dish first debuted at the Outpost in early 2004, and has stuck around as part of the Festival menu as part of the Garden Graze food crawl. We enjoyed this more than we were expecting. The mango DOLE Whip has an intense, concentrated flavor that works well with the Tajin, making for a really pleasant and balanced taste. The fruit inside didn’t add much to the treat, but didn’t take anything away from it either.

As far as drinks go, Refreshment Outpost features the returning Boyd & Blair Lavender Martini. Made with Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with lavender and lemon is back this year for $12.
The Refreshment Outpost offers a few new beers and hard ciders, including the Crooked Can Brewing Company Pollinators Paradise Lager and the Gulf Stream Brewing Humble Bumble beers, and the Keel Farms Strawberry Hibiscus Hard Cider, all for $12 a pop.
We recommend Refreshment Outpost highly this year. While those looking to avoid meat or animal products should be rushing there immediately, even those who are usually carnivores should make it a point to stop by and try the Jamaican Beef Patty!
The Land Cart — 4/5

We tried the Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap for $11 and had picked vegetables, hummus, cucumber, spring mix, tomato, and chipotle “cream” and we loved it! The chipotle “cream” was so delicious and brought warmth without heat. We wish it had a little more hummus to balance the flavors and help hold everything together, but it was so fresh. The vegetables were the real stars and didn’t disappoint! If you’re looking for a lighter or healthier meal for the festival, this is a great one to try!

The Strawberry Fruit Bar is a $6 pre-packaged fruit bar. We tried it in 2024, and it’s a classic fruit bar with nothing too special about it.

Last year, we tried the Tropical Smoothie, under the name, Florida Smoothie, for $6.50. We thought it reminded us of POG juice (pineapple, orange, and guava juice), but instead of guava, it has mango. It was super fruity and fresh! We loved this drink!

Connections Cafe & Eatery — 3/5

To start, we grabbed the new Lemon-Lavender Baumkuchen with lavender anglaise for $6.29. This was incredibly light and fluffy, and it was rather light on the flavors as well. We could certainly taste the lavender and lemon, but it wasn’t overpowering. We wouldn’t go out of our way to get this again, though.

And, of course, we had to try the Carrot Cake Liege Waffle with candied pecans and cream cheese icing. This one is available for $5.79. Was it a waffle? Yes. Did it taste like carrot cake? Also yes. Will we be running to get this or tell all of our friends about it? Probably not.

The Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich is returning this year and is a Southern fried chicken sandwich with hot honey and pickles on a brioche bun. You can grab it for $13.19. When we had this one last year, we thought it was an excellent chicken sandwich, but we didn’t find it hot or spicy at all.

To drink, you can grab the returning Blood Orange-Hibiscus Margarita made with Teremana Blanco Tequila with hibiscus syrup, blood orange syrup, and Simply Orange Juice for $15.50. This was super refreshing and sweet without being overly so!

United Kingdom Beer Cart — 2.5/5

At the UK Beer Cart, there’s just one item available for the Flower and Garden Festival. The Blackcurrant Gin Cocktail is made with Ford’s Gin with lemon juice, blackcurrant syrup, and cucumber syrup. This frozen concoction can be yours for $12.

We don’t really have many strong feelings towards this drink; it was kind of just okay. We didn’t love it, but we didn’t necessarily hate it. It’s definitely got a strong cucumber flavor, so if that’s not your jam – this drink probably isn’t for you. We tasted a bit of the blackcurrant flavor more on the aftertaste and wished there would have been more of it. The drink was mostly sweet and we would have loved a bit more tang from the lemon or blackcurrant. There are definitely better options at the festival!

We made it through the entire festival! We’re so glad you joined us on this journey. Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney updates!
