A World-Renowned Chef Is About to Open a NEW Disney Restaurant!

A brand-new restaurant from a world-renowned chef is opening at the center of the Disneyland Paris Resort.

Located at the resort’s Disneyland Hotel — which is part of the entrance to Disneyland Paris itself — the restaurant will be known as La Forêt Secrète. The restaurant’s head chef will be MICHELIN-starred chef Jean Imbert, who Disney describes as a “passionate Disney enthusiast and true lover of Disneyland Paris since childhood.”

According to a press release from Disneyland Paris, Imbert’s goal with the new restaurant is to “invite guests to a culinary experience inspired by the greatest Disney Animation movies in a magical setting.”

A graduate of the influential Paul Bocuse School, Imbert brings a wealth of experience to Disneyland Paris. After winning Top Chef in 2012, he has become renowned around the culinary world. He was voted Chef of the Year by GQ in 2019, and earned the same accolade from Quotidien in 2021. Imbert has also been named one of the 50 most influential French people in the world by Vanity Fair.

Imbert has run several restaurants over the past decade, winning a MICHELIN star for Jean Imbert au Plaza Athénée’ after just 9 weeks of operation in 2001. His latest project Le Logis Sainte-Catherine in Mont-Saint-Michel, opened on January 16th.

La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert will be open to Disneyland guests and the general public alike beginning on March 7th, 2025.
