NEW $25 Million Vacation Resort Being Built Near Disney World

There will soon be even more options for places to stay when you are visiting Disney World!

According to the Orlando Business Journal, a brand-new resort-style vacation village will be breaking ground soon. MB Signature Properties will be building the resort and they have pledged to invest $250 million in Central Florida in the next five years.

This new vacation village called Princess Resort Village will include 64 short-term rental townhomes that are 1,315 square feet each in Kissimmee, FL. This village will be Mexico-based MB Signature Properties’s first project in Central Florida.

Princess Resort Village is expected to cost $25 million and open in 2026. When the vacation village opens, units are expected to sell between $490,000 and $550,000, with rentals starting at $200 per night. The construction will begin on February 12th, 2025.

Additionally, MB has pledged to invest $250 million into Central Florida over the next five years. MB is also planning on building an 18-story luxury tower in the Disney Springs area called MB Resort Orlando. The company plans to begin construction on MB Resort Orlando in 2026 and open the resort in winter 2028.

MB Signature Properties isn’t the only company making multi-million dollar investments in Central Florida. Evermore recently opened a billion-dollar, 1,100-acre resort called Evermore Orlando Resort. The resort features a 20-acre topical beach oasis, rental homes, flats, villas, dining, and more.
