NEWS: Disney’s Pop Century Resort Debuts NEW Changes

The construction walls at Everything Pop Shopping and Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort have come down!

Well, almost all of them, but we are still calling it a win. Everything Pop Shopping and Dining has been under construction for a while, so we are excited to see it almost completely reopened.

Construction first began on July 29th, 2024, when a portion of the dining area was closed off for refurbishment. Then, the refurbished section was reopened, and the other part of the dining area and parts of the store were closed off. It looks like they have made lots of good progress because almost everything is now open!

Well, when we stopped by today, we were pleasantly surprised to see almost everything had reopened inside of Everything Pop Shopping and Dining. We noticed that just one of the food windows was still under construction. A Cast Member also told us that some behind-the-scenes work is ongoing.

One last section to go!

We think the newly refurbished area is looking fantastic! We love all the bright colors, and we think they fit perfectly with the ’60s and ’70s style that is prevalent around the resort. The murals throughout the dining area are gorgeous.

Plus, we have to mention the adorable new windows. It is a Mickey Mouse window! We think they are fabulous.

We love all the details and splashes of color throughout. It is such a fun and inviting environment.

There are even some fun blue chairs that are perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage after a long day at the parks.

Over in the merchandise store, the bright colors and fun designs continue.

We think they did a great job refurbishing Everything Pop Shopping and Dining! Now, we are just waiting for the final food window to make an appearance so we can officially say the refurbishment is complete.
