NEWS: Two MAJOR Events Are Coming to Disney's Morimoto Asia Restaurant Soon

Two major events are on their way to Disney Springs’ Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs this month. The popular restaurant will celebrate Lunar New Year from January 20th through February 9th, and — in the midst of that — will host the annual Ramen Rumble on January 27th.

The location’s Lunar Near Year celebration will see several limited-time menu times. These include the Snake Eyes cocktail (2025 is the year of the snake, after all), which features Ojo de Tigre mezcal, banana liqueur, coconut, lime juice, and a half-salt rim. You can pair the drink with the limited Tempura Softshell Crab appetizer and then the crispy Bossam-Style Pork Belly entrée. But wait! There’s MORE happening in Disney Springs this January.

The January 27th Ramen Rumble marks the 7th installment of the popular event, an “electrifying culinary competition “ that “brings together five of Central Florida’s best and brightest chefs,” each of whom create a unique ramen dish, each made with creative toppings and textures for fans to sample and vote on.

The winning chef will receive the championship title of “Ramen Royalty of Central Florida,” which bestows upon them “bragging rights and the coveted Broth Belt trophy.”

Tickets for the Ramen Rumble are available now, ranging from $55–$95 per person for general admission, with VIP Booths starting at $600, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to longstanding Florida charity Give Kids the World.
