The holidays have officially hit Disney World!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights are happening now, and we’ve also seen gingerbread creations pop up around the Disney World hotels, as well as Christmas trees and festive decorations around all the parks. But that’s not the best part. Our FAVORITE holiday attraction is finally back in Animal Kingdom, and we couldn’t be more excited!
While Disney’s Animal Kingdom doesn’t have any late-night holiday parties, we do see special treats make their way into the park throughout the season. Plus, this part hosts one of the BEST holiday attractions in Disney World. When Disney shared this teaser announcement, we got SUPER excited.

The Merry Menagerie is an ADORABLE, incredible puppeteering experience that you can see in front of the Tree of Life, and it’s finally back for the season!

The “shows” typically begin around 9:45AM each day and happen until around 5PM, and you never know what animals you may see as they rotate throughout the day!

It’s such a special event, and these puppeteers really bring these incredible animals to life and create special interactions with guests. It’s pure MAGIC.

Not only that, but live musicians travel around with the menagerie and play lively holiday music to really set the scene. We never tire of it and look forward to seeing it each year!

You can also find a merchandise stand nearby selling some special Merry Menagerie merchandise — it’ll only be around for a limited time this holiday season, so grab it while you can!

You can find ornaments, stuffed animals, a shirt, a Spirit Jersey, and more!
