Disney World’s newest restaurant is offering a luxurious experience!
The Cake Bake Shop has certainly been a hot topic at Walt Disney World. The outpost of the popular chain was under construction for what felt like decades at the Boardwalk Resort before opening last month to controversy over its prices. However, the restaurant’s offerings have proven to be popular among many guests. Now, the restaurant is offering a new, luxury afternoon tea option.
Cake Bake Shop is now offering a Roses of Gold Afternoon Tea. According to Disney, the experience begins with a dedicated server “graciously” introducing guests to a “meticulously curated selection of distinguished teas—crafted in collaboration with Dammann Frères, renowned purveyors of French teas since 1825.” From there, guests are encouraged to sample as many teas as they desire, customizing each cup to suit their palate.
Furthermore, the menu for the experience features a “custom-made ‘Roses of Gold’ tiered tray—adorned with an exquisite presentation of delicious finger sandwiches and delectable desserts handpicked from its renowned menu. From French macarons to chocolate truffles and signature cakes, every treat is a testament to The Cake Bake Shop Restaurant’s commitment to culinary excellence.”

I am SO excited about this new offering. Thanks to your reporting, I have already made Reservations for Afternoon Tea. This cannot be booked online. Instead, this is handled by a phone call to their Events Concierge. After making the booking by phone, you receive an e-mail contract and an Invoice to prepay the event. It’s all professionally done with very cordial, accommodating service.
