I Just Had a Fever Dream in Magic Kingdom and Honestly, I Never Want to Wake Up

We love so many things about this year’s Mickey Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom.

Main Street USA

Of course, we love the classics like watching the parade on Main Street while the snoap falls on us. But last night, we got to try a ton of new snacks that are party exclusives! There was also something new that really threw us for a loop. It left us asking if it was all a dream or did we really just see that inside of a Disney park!

We’ll start at the beginning. Storybook Circus is the area in Magic Kingdom and is home to rides like Dumbo and The Barnstormer. This area is open during the party.

This is where you can find Santa Claus to meet during the party. When we went last night, he had a pretty long line, but that isn’t the odd part.

Santa Meet and Greet

This year, Disney announced that this area would be Santa’s Christmas Carnival. The area “transforms into a land filled with joyful Christmas cheer, friends from the North Pole, and Santa” according to Disney. When we went to check it out, we were left confused. We don’t know if we were hyped up on too much sugar from all of our snacks or what, but we aren’t sure what we saw was even real.

When we entered the area, we saw two elves on stilts. We then walked past an adorable polar bear named Snowball. To be honest, it looks like Snowball isn’t quite sure what he’s doing inside of Magic Kingdom either.

There was also snoap in this area, but none were pointing on the walkways, which was odd to us. Quincy would like it noted though that she loved this part of the evening, even if it felt like a fever dream. Be sure to read all about our other party experiences below and follow us at AllEars.net for more tips and tricks this holiday season!
