Don’t you wish you could meet an actual, real-live mermaid when staying at your Disney World hotel?

Well, there’s a way to meet a mermaid, but you’ll have to stay off-property for that. This is where the Orlando World Center Marriott comes in. We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mermaid experience that we’ve got to tell you about. Let’s dive right in!
First off, in case you didn’t know where this hotel is located, you’ll find it just across from Disney Springs across from I-4. It is quite a large place and has a waterpark, a 575-foot lazy river, a championship golf course, ten restaurants, and more. They also provide a shuttle service to Disney World (included in the nightly resort fee!).

As we said earlier, on select nights throughout the year, they have a “Mermaids & Glow” Party that runs from 7PM to 10PM where you can meet mermaids and enjoy a glow party at the pool!

This is such a unique experience — we got to ACTUALLY meet a mermaid! And we didn’t even have to pay for a park ticket to Disney World.

We got to meet the mermaid “Elle” in a private room at the resort.

After having a meet-and-greet with one of the mermaids, we headed outside to enjoy the glow party at the resort’s Falls Pool.

You can also have a brief “swim” with mermaids too!

On top of that, you can also book a private cabana to enhance your experience.

It was such a fun and unique experience. We definitely recommend making sure to check out the calendar online to see when the upcoming parties are happening.

In the meantime, we’ll be checking out even more hotels at Disney World and in the Disney World area, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
