Universal Orlando's Epic Universe Preview Center Is Opening SOON

Universal Orlando’s fourth theme park could be its most ambitious to date. Epic Universe could very well live up to its “epic” title.

We’ve already started to get more details about each of the five NEW lands Universal is creating for the park, and we’ve learned more about each land’s themes, rides, restaurants, and more. However, we’ll soon have even MORE of a sneak peek at Epic Universe.

In June, Universal is setting up a Universal Epic Universe Preview Center at Universal CityWalk for visitors to visit and see even MORE details about Epic Universe. This will be an interactive experience that offers a more up-close look at Universal’s third park, as well as a massive model of the new park and all its new lands. You’ll be able to find the Preview Center in the former Universal Legacy Store location.

There will also be an augmented reality component to the model that you can use on your phone to see “exciting elements of the model come to life.” This preview center will also give you your first chance to buy Epic Universe merchandise, as well as offer photo ops with “unique backgrounds themed to each of the park’s five spectacular worlds.”

It’s likely this model with all its interactive elements could reveal something we didn’t already know about Epic Universe, so you can imagine we’ll be at that preview center as soon as it opens to see what we can discover. In the meantime, you can already learn more about Epic Universe’s five lands: we’ve got ALL the details on Super Nintendo World, Celestial Park, and How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk. So be sure to check those details out while we wait for Universal to release more about the new Harry Potter-inspired land, and Dark Universe.

So if you’re headed to Universal Orlando this summer, be sure to stop by CityWalk to check out the Epic Universe Preview Center. Epic Universe will open sometime in 2025 (we don’t have a specific date yet). In the meantime, we do have opening dates for Epic Universe’s new hotels. Universal Stella Nova Resort will open on January 21st, 2025, while Universal Terra Luna Resort will open on February 25th. A third in-park hotel, Universal’s Helios Grand Hotel, will also open in 2025.
