FIRST LOOK at the NEW Tower of Terror-Themed Event in Disney World!

That’s right — at the all-new Jollywood Nights event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there are many exclusive activities including this new experience by the Tower of Terror. Let’s check it out!

The full name of this experience is the Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club which happens in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel.

Twilight Soiree

We entered the specially themed area at around 8:45PM, after waiting in line behind Tower of Terror near the Joffrey’s kiosk. The line was pretty stagnant at first, but was more “stop and go” as the night went on.

Once we entered, we immediately got Dapper Day vibes! Everyone was so dressed up, and we loved seeing people’s costumes. The party consisted of a live band, drinks, and some great outfits.

Twilight Soiree

We enjoyed the live music and grabbed a couple of drinks. First up is The 5th Dimension Royal for $9.50 which is made with Teremana Blanco Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, desert pear, agave nectar, and lime juice topped with Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut and garnished with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.

This is a very well-balanced cocktail that leans more toward the Domaine Ste. Michelle with the pear flavor. There is a hint of the Teramana tequila with a touch of lime that brings the drink full circle. It’s not too sweet but not too dry, and it’s a refreshing, crisp, bubbly, fruity drink.

Then we tried the Sparkling Pomegranate-Apple Cider for $5.25. This is made with Pomegranate-green tea topped with sparkling apple cider and pomegranate seeds.

This cider is SO refreshing. It’s a great blend of each of the flavors present in the drink, and you can distinctly taste the treen tea, apple, and pomegranate. Our only complaint is that it isn’t super carbonated.

This area has limited capacity, so we recommend showing up early if this is a priority for you. Plus, there’s really nothing to do once you’ve gotten a couple drinks (and the line for drinks is LONG), so it’d be totally acceptable to swing by for a few songs and drinks and then move on to another activity.
