There are LOTS of places to eat around Magic Kingdom, and choosing between them can be hard.

You want something that will satisfy your whole family, and maybe something that won’t totally break the bank. If you’re looking for a quick-service spot to eat at, there are tons to choose from, and your friends back home may have recommended every single one to you, so how do you decide? We’ve got the answer right here!
We took to Facebook to ask our readers what they feel is the BEST quick service spot in Magic Kingdom, and we had two that tied very close together.
Columbia Harbour House
An overwhelming amount of our readers said that Columbia Harbour House is their favorite spot to eat at for a variety of different reasons.

Some readers said they enjoy the amount of seating available inside the restaurants, others said they enjoy that it’s less crowded than other spots, but many of them said they love that this quick-service spot has some healthier options than other spots.

Some of the options you can grab at Columbia Harbour House include a Lobster Roll, Grilled Salmon, Mixed Greens Salad, Plant-based Crab Cake Sandwich, and so much more. It’s a very seafood-forward restaurant, but there are a few options for non-seafood eaters.

If you’re a seafood fan or are looking for some options that you wouldn’t find at your normal theme park, head on over to Columbia Harbour House!

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
The other restaurant our readers claimed as the best is Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, which specializes in Mexican-inspired food.

Many of our readers said they not only love the menu here but also enjoy the amount of indoor seating available. Depending on the day, this spot can get more popular than Columbia Harbour House, so you’ll want to make sure you mobile order ahead of when you actually want to eat.

This spot specializes in things like fajitas, cheeseburgers, chicken and pork carnitas rice bowls, nachos, and so much more. Once again, most of this food isn’t what you’d typically find at a theme park, and it’s delicious, so we say give it a try the next time you’re in Magic Kingdom!

Honorable Mentions
There were also two honorable mentions we feel the need to mention, the first one being Casey’s Corner on Main Street, U.S.A. Casey’s is known for their corn dog nuggets, and while the offerings at this spot are more traditional theme park food, it is a safe, familiar bet that many families go with when they visit the park.

The other honorable mention is Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, which is also known for its theme park food, but with tons of indoor seating and a very entertaining alien named Sonny Eclipse to make you laugh while you eat. It’s one of the most popular quick service spots in the park, so be sure you mobile order ahead with plenty of time!

When I am at Magic Kingdom, and hungry, which is frequently, I head right out of the park for a quick service meal. Just get on a boat headed to Wilderness Campground. It’s a quick and scenic ride, rarely crowded. Upon arrival, walk down the pier to P and Js quick service . Bring your resort mug for refills. We order a delicious fried chicken dinner. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Creamy coleslaw . Sweet cornbread. Strawberry shortcake. Tastes the same as Hoop de Doo food. For $25 you can feed a family of four. The fried chicken is juicy and crispy and perfect. Try P and Js at least once . Then take the boat back to Magic Kingdom and enjoy the rest of the day. If there is just two of you, carry the leftovers back to your resort and enjoy the rest before bed. Hey! It’s vacation! You can lose the five pounds when you get back
We usually eat at Columbia Harbor House when in MK, but it is more by default, not because the food and atmosphere are good. Much of the seafood is fried or overcooked, except for the lobster roll, which is ridiculously priced and not that good. It’s hard to get a smaller meal at CHH, and I don’t want a full dinner-sized meal at lunch. The soups, served in a bread bowl, deliver very little soup and a lot of ordinary bread. The only vegetable side dish available is a bowl or unseasoned green beans. There is not even a side salad. And the restaurant can be littered with uncleaned tables in busy times, reducing the available seating. All in all, I eat at CHH for convenience, not for a superior dining experience.
