Disney Recipe: Make an ‘Aladdin’-Themed Fruit Smoothie!

That summer heat really is brutal!

It gets sunny in Disney World for sure!

It’s not uncommon for us to see heat advisories and high temperatures in Disney World, and we know lots of you deal with stifling heat during summertime too. Not to fear though, we share lots of Disney recipes here, and this one can help you beat the heat in the form of a delicious, healthy smoothie!

Disney released this Magical Banana and Date Smoothie Recipe that we can’t wait to try. So, let’s make it together!

Get your blenders ready!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 5 pitted Medjool dates
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond or oat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

Once you’ve got all those together, it’s time to make this smoothie come to life. It’s important to make sure your dates are soft so they can blend well. If you need to soften them, you can soak them in hot water for 10 minutes.

Next, put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Super easy!
