Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, the popular spot for kiddos to get magical makeovers, has been closed in both Disney World and Disneyland since 2020.
Disney recently announced that Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique would reopen sometime in 2022, but they didn’t give an official date. Until now! Disney just released an update — including the official reopening date!
This reopening is so fancy that Disney even issued a Royal Proclamation!
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Cast Members, known as “Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices,” help transform kids between the ages of 3 and 12 into a variety of styles, including hair, makeup, costumes, and accessories. The reopening will introduce a new hair accessory for textured hair and new hero and heroine costumes based on some of the more recent Disney movie releases.
The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique locations in Disney Springs and the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will reopen at a later date. Reservations will open in early August on both Disney World’s and Disneyland’s websites, as well as in the My Disney Experience and Disneyland apps. Note that even with a reservation, you will still need valid admission and a park reservation.
Mark your calendar for August 25th if you’re hoping to visit Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique’s reopening, and we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for the official date reservations will open. Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney news and updates!
