HURRY! Registration OPEN For 2023 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend

Since 1994, runners from all over the world have come to Disney World to participate in runDisney marathon weekends!

There are several runDisney marathon themes every year, with one of the most popular themes involving Disney Princesses. 2023 is the 15th anniversary of the runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend and if you’re hoping to celebrate this milestone — registration is now OPEN!

As of today (June 21st) at 10AM ET, general registration is open for the 2023 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend! This event will take place from February 23rd to 26th, 2023 and this milestone anniversary race weekend will celebrate the spirit of family.

Participants can now register for any of the Disney Princess races, including the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and the Fairy Tale Challenge, as well as Disney Princess Yoga (in front of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom!).

You may have to wait a bit for your turn to register, however. When we visited the runDisney site around 10:30AM, the approximate wait time was more than an hour. If you have to wait, make sure you don’t refresh the page or you lose your place in line.

If you get the opportunity to register, the pricing for the races is as follows:

Disney Princess 5K:

$103.50 if purchased before December 20th, 2022
$114.06 if purchased between December 21st, 2022 and February 15th, 2023

Disney Princess Enchanted 10K:

$146.04 if purchased before December 20th, 2022
$156.70 if purchased between December 21st, 2022 and February 15th, 2023

Disney Princess Half Marathon:

$229.19 if purchased before December 20th, 2022
$239.85 if purchased between December 21st, 2022 and February 15th, 2023

Disney Fairy Tale Challenge:

$389.09 if purchased before December 20th
$399.75 if purchased between December 21st, 2022 and February 15th, 2023

Several of the races and events have already sold out. The Disney Princess Yoga Event and the 5K and 10K races have sold out, so you might not want to wait too long to register if you’re hoping to try the Half Marathon or the Fairy Tale Challenge.

The 2023 Disney World Marathon also sold out very quickly, and the theme for next year’s race is retro 90s!
