There has been a lot of new things to explore in the parks since Disney World kicked off its 50th-anniversary celebrations, and one of the things that we have enjoyed most is watching the new show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom called Disney KiteTails!
The show itself is 10-minutes long and features giant kites that resemble fan-favorite characters from The Lion King and The Jungle Book (depending on which show you see) flying over the water along with performers with smaller kites in the theater. And, if you’re a Disney World Annual Passholder planning a visit to the park this holiday season, you can score a seat even closer to all the action — here’s how!
According to Disney’s website, Annual Passholders will have access to an exclusive seating section in the Discovery River Theater during all the showings of Disney KiteTails between December 1st to 15th, 2021! All you need to do is have your Passholder card and photo ID and head to the entrance across from Theater in the Wild.
Currently, Disney KiteTails shows daily at 11:15AM, 12:15PM, 1:15PM, 3:15PM, 4:15PM, and 5:15PM. Just be sure to double-check the showtimes before you make your plans and head to the theater.
This Annual Passholder perk joins other benefits like savings at EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays and more this holiday season. Just keep in mind that Disney World has currently paused the sale of most annual passes. So, only current passholders, guests who are renewing their pass, or guests who are interested in purchasing the Disney Pixie Dust Pass will be able to take advantage of these offers until sales resume.
