The Marvel Cinematic Universe is huge, with 25 movies and more on the way.

From its beginning with Iron Man all the way up to the conclusion of the Infinity War Saga, there have been some pretty epic stories told. Not to mention, these films usually perform very well at the box office, with Avengers: Endgame breaking the record for the highest grossing movie of all time (before Avatar reclaimed its top spot). Most of the movies receive decent reviews from critics as well, and some of them even get nominated for Academy Awards. But, Marvel’s latest movie might not be up to par, according to critics.
Eternals is the lowest rated Marvel movie on Rotten Tomatoes ever.

The movie is scored at a 65% as of this writing. The next highest Marvel movies are Thor: Dark World at 66%, The Incredible Hulk at 67%, and Iron Man 2 at 72%. The highest scored Marvel movie is Black Panther at 96%.

According to comicbook.com, reviews are all over the board, with many saying that this is a big swing for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There are reviews saying there’s a lot going on in the film and others that say it could lose the audience while trying to explain the backstory.

But, like comicbook.com says, Rotten Tomatoes scores don’t necessarily determine a film’s success. Some movies do get bad reviews from critics and still perform extremely well at the box office. And, audience scores can definitely disagree with the critics, giving higher ratings.

Eternals premieres on November 5th, 2021 in the U.S. Stay tuned to All Ears for more Marvel Entertainment news and updates.

I don’t think critics is who this movie is geared toward, so I doubt Marvel is too worried.
It’s generally my experience that what the critics like I don’t and what they don’t like I do. I only look at viewer ratings.
Hubby and I r looking forward to ut.
