The Disney Festival of Holidays Will RETURN to Disneyland Resort

Even though Halloween hasn’t started yet, we’re already gearing up for Christmas and the holidays at Disneyland Resort!

There’s going to be so much to check out this year, from over-the-top decorations to exciting entertainment. And for all you foodies out there, we have some great news — the Disney Festival of Holidays is returning!

The Disney Festival of Holidays is coming back to Disney California Adventure from November 12th, 2021 through January 9th, 2022. The festival will feature food and entertainment highlighting various holidays of the season, including Christmas/Navidad, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings Day.

This year’s festival will include eight food marketplaces around the park with menus created by Disney chefs celebrating their own unique holiday experiences.

As part of the festival, you’ll be able to check out some amazing entertainment options. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will join a group of performers in Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, a dance party in the street. It will feature Mexican folklórico dancers and Mariachis, Brazilian samba dancers and
percussionists, as well as giant mojiganga puppets.

Live performers and festive menus will also be found in the Pacific Wharf and Paradise Gardens sections of the park, and in Pacific Wharf specifically, children can try out the craft stations and cookie decorating kits that will be available. Later in the season, Paradise Gardens will host Mirabel from the upcoming film Encanto, marking her first appearance in a Disney park!
