There have been quite a few Disney movies inspired by real Disney attractions over the years and the next one is set to debut in just two days!

Disney’s Jungle Cruise starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt will be available in theaters and on Disney+ Premier Access on July 30th, and many Disney fans are anxiously waiting to hear all the cheesy puns and bad jokes on the big screen. But, is it going to be worth your money to see the movie right away, or should you wait until it’s free with any Disney+ subscription?
Today We’re Looking at the Early Reviews of Disney’s ‘Jungle Cruise’!
Disneyland hosted a HUGE red carpet premiere event for the movie on July 24th featuring the stars and even a ride on the updated Jungle Cruise attraction. And, reviews of the film are already streaming in from critics — here’s what they’re saying!

According to Rotten Tomatoes, the film is currently rated at 67% with the overall consensus that “Its craft isn’t quite as sturdy as some of the classic adventures it’s indebted to, but Jungle Cruise remains a fun, family-friendly voyage.”

So, what exactly is there to love about the movie? Well, it looks like it’s the humor and the adventure! One critic says that “This is a much funnier, more buoyant movie than you might expect” and another adds that it “captures the high-spirited fun spirit of the first ‘Pirates’ film.”
And, if you’re wondering if you’ll want to head to the parks to take a ride on the attraction, one reviewer can confirm that “Jungle Cruise is a summer ride that will have you yearning for a theme park day-out once more.”

But, what about those who found the movie to be “rotten?” Some criticize the film for being “a rocky rid” and going “overboard,” though they all still agree that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt make it more enjoyable to watch.

Of course, audiences haven’t had the chance to watch Jungle Cruise just yet, so there isn’t an “Audience Score” for the movie on Rotten Tomatoes currently, but it will be interesting to see how more fans respond to the film when it is released in just a few days!

So, will you be hitting the theaters or signing up to watch the movie on Disney+ Premier Access this week? Or, will you wait until it’s available with any Disney+ subscription on November 12th?
