Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort totally doesn’t look the same right now with all the construction happening around the resort. But, the hotel will open to all guests once again this week on July 19th (and we can’t wait to be back)!

While spots like the Grand Ceremonial House won’t be ready for visitors, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has been reopening its restaurants. And, along with ‘Ohana and Kona Cafe, now there’s ANOTHER dining location you can experience once again!
As you take a break from the parks at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you can kick back at relax at the newly reopened Kona Island!

The grab-and-go bakery case is full of various options for guests…

…like small desserts…

…and sushi, including the popular Spicy Tuna Rolls…

…and California Rolls.

Various cupcakes and cake options are in the bakery case, whether you want something simple like the Seasonal Cupcake…

…or something more decorative like the Moana Cupcake!

Plus, it wouldn’t be a party without the appearance of Stitch at Disney’s Polynesian Resort (and the Stitch Petit Cake is a real treat)!

But, Kona Island is the most well-known for its array of chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered bacon! You can indulge in a sweet treat with strawberries made with toppings like white chocolate…

…dark chocolate…

…M&M’s…

…Toasted Coconut…

…Oreo Cookies, Roasted Almonds…

…Caramelized Nuts, Sprinkles, and more!

But, for all you bacon lovers out there, you can have the combination of sweet and savory with Dark Chocolate Bacon…

…Dark Chocolate Chili Bacon…

…Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan Bacon…

…and the Seasonal Bacon, which is made with chocolate, dried pineapple, and toasted coconut (almost like a Piña Colada) currently!

We’re so happy to see another fan-favorite spot reopen around Disney World. And, we’ll be sure to keep an eye out for even more dining locations welcoming guests back soon! Stay tuned with All Ears for the latest Disney entertainment and news.
