Just recently, Disney Cruise Line released its vaccine requirements for its UK staycation cruises.

Now, more vaccine updates are available as Florida’s Port Canaveral has started offering the COVID-19 vaccine to port workers.
According to WESH News, Port Canaveral is now the first port in the United States to offer vaccine distribution. Both port employees and ship crew members are eligible to receive the vaccine at the port.

Recently, a Public Health Advisory in Florida expanded vaccine eligibility to those visiting the state to provide goods or services intended to benefit Floridians and visitors. 1,000 vaccines can be distributed per day to crew workers and other employees here.

This advisory is expected to take steps towards “normalcy” for the tourism industry. “This expanded eligibility is significantly important for our cruise tourism business, and we’re proud of our efforts to help get this industry up and running,” said Port CEO Captain John Murray.
