PHOTOS: We're Totally Bananas for the New Felonious Float in Universal Hollywood

We’re on quite the ride at Universal Studios Hollywood’s reopening today, and it’s been pretty exciting to be back in a major theme park on the West Coast again.

Minion Cafe

While popping by the Minion Cafe, we were in need of a quick refreshment, and we spotted something we just couldn’t say no to.

The new Minion Cafe is as fun and colorful as it sounds!

Located in Super Silly Fun Land, the new dining spot has a Quick Service menu with a variety of tasty bites.

The area is bright and colorful, with plenty of yellow just like the Minions from Despicable Me!

The new Felonious Float was pretty hard to miss — check out the huge sticker and those bright colors — and since we were already having an adventurous day, we decided to give it a go. The float is made with banana frozen yogurt and raspberry slushy, topped off with some banana candy!

In the words of Kevin, probably, “Banana”

Thankfully, the float doesn’t look quite as ~neon~ in real life, though we braced ourselves for the inevitable blue tongue we’d get!

Felonious Float

Our float seemed to be overtaken by the banana frozen yogurt, and the raspberry slushie portion kind of sank to the bottom. In a way, this seemed to help it fit its name even better.

This float is B-A-N-A-N-A-S

They did NOT skimp on the candy banana topping, snd it gave a really cute look to the drink overall. If you love bananas as much as our yellow friends, this drink is for you.

Stuart is keeping it cool

Easily the best part of the float is that it comes with your very own reusable Minion Straw! Yes, we are grown, but who doesn’t love a good silly straw? You can wash it and then bring a Felonius touch to all of your drinks for the rest of your Universal visit.

The float is available for $10, so it’s certainly not cheap. However, if you’ve got a sweet tooth and are in the mood for something refreshing, you can grab the Felonius Float, you can grab your own at the Minion Cafe at Universal Studios Hollywood!
