It’s been a little over a month since Blizzard Beach Water Park reopened in Walt Disney World!

The water park has functioned under some different guidelines compared to the four Disney Parks, with differing face mask policies and refillable mug protocols. And, one of the bigger differences is that a park pass reservation is not required to enter and instead it is first come, first serve for entry. So, what happens when the water park is filled to capacity? We found out today.
Today, we drove by Blizzard Beach and noticed that the water park had reached capacity, meaning that no more guests would be permitted into the water park.

The notice was posted on the digital sign at the entrance and if you happened to drive in, Cast Members were stationed outside turning people around as they enter.

This comes during a week that Disney World Park Passes are completely booked as more travelers vacation to the parks over the spring break period. We will continue to keep an eye out for updates and bring you the latest! Stay tuned!
