Did We Just Find a Minnie Ears DUPE in Disneyland!?

Just when we think that Disney has released every type of Minnie Ears we could possibly think of, we find another new pair that makes us “ooo” and “ahhh.”

And Disneyland Resort has really been bringing it recently when it comes to new Disney Ears. There were the highly sought-after Disney California Adventure Ears that sold out after first hitting the shelves, then there was the recognizable but different Disneyland Minnie Ears, and now there’s another pair of Minnie Ears that had us thinking, “wait, have we seen these before?”

When we stopped by World of Disney in Downtown Disney, there was something shimmery and new calling for our attention — Rainbow Minnie Ears! These ears are seriously popping with color! The bow features the rainbow tie-dye-like color pattern…

…and the headband and ears feature the same colors with sequins that add sparkle!

So, have you figured out why these Minnie Ears feel so familiar? They’re very similar to the Lily Aldrige Minnie Ears that were released last year as part of Disney’s collaboration with the model Here’s a picture for comparison… .

The designer ears cost you a pretty penny at $48, but the new Rainbow Minnie Ears from Downtown Disney cost $29.99. So we’re deeming these new ears we spotted a Lily Aldrige Minnie Ear “dupe” (yep, we stole that straight from the makeup world — it totally works).
