Your Upcoming Trip to Magic Kingdom Will Include One Less Stop on Main Street, U.S.A.

Another spot in Magic Kingdom is temporarily closed!

We’ve been seeing a lot of construction around Disney World’s flagship park lately. While the new TRON Lightcycle Run coaster continues to be built, work is also taking place around Cinderella Castle and on various attractions like the PeopleMover. And now, some a new closure is taking place on Main Street, U.S.A.

The Main Street Cinema on Main Street, U.S.A. closed temporarily beginning today. When we stopped by today, we noticed that the entrance was blocked off.

Some of the sculptures and paintings normally for sale in the store have been relocated to Bonjour Village Gifts in Fantasyland, which recently reopened after getting repainted.

While Disney hasn’t announced a reopening date yet for Main Street Cinema, we’ll continue to check in with this classic shop and keep you posted! For now, however, your stroll “right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.” will have one less pitstop. Stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney news.
