Disney’s newest workout trend involves pulling up one of your favorite Disney movies and changing up your moves based on what’s going on in the film. We’ve worked out like a beast to Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and added Tangled to our usual morning lineup. And, now there’s another go-to workout to add to the list!
runDisney’s next training session is inspired by The Princess and the Frog!
As you watch the movie, you’ll be getting your sweat on with frog bridges, side squats, high marches, planks, and hurdle hops. You’re sure to work up an appetite between all the activity and watching Tiana cook so you can whip up some gumbo to enjoy post-workout.
