Preview the Guest Rooms at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel, Opening July 2021!

Guests looking to stay within walking distance of EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will soon have another hotel option.

We’ve been keeping an eye on the construction progress at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, the new addition coming to the Swan and Dolphin Resort. It was previously announced that the new building would open in summer 2021, but now we have a more specific opening timeframe.

The Marriott website has now been updated to indicate that the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve will open in July 2021.

And while we already got a preview of the gorgeous view from the top of the hotel, we can now take a sneak peek inside the guest rooms! There are several pictures showing off the rooms on the website. Here’s a look at a room with two queen-size beds. One of the selling points of the hotel is the floor-to-ceiling windows the offer great views of Walt Disney World property.

The new hotel will also offer 149 huge suites and presidential suites, for those looking for more spacious accommodations. The suites will have a living room area…

…separate from the bedroom. The large windows will offer plenty of natural light, giving the rooms a bright and airy feel.

Reservations for the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve are not yet available, but we’ll keep an eye out for them to open up as the July 2021 projected opening date approaches.
