We Tried The NEW Halloween Horror Nights Doughnut At Universal Studios Orlando!

Despite the fact that the “nights” portion of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando has been cancelled this year, that doesn’t mean the park isn’t filled with tricks and treats!

During the day, there’s plenty of new Halloween-themed snacks and drinks, and the latest addition is a couple of terrifying(ly delicious) doughnuts at Voodoo Doughnut!

The City Walk doughnut staple is embracing the season of pumpkins and general creepiness with a duo of doughy treats.

The new Pumpkin Doughnut is as colorful as a Jack-O-Lantern, but instead of a candle, this pumpkin comes with pumpkin spice filling!

Pumpkin Doughnut

Shaped like an actual pumpkin, this raised yeast shell doughnut is soft and fluffy, glazed with vanilla frosting in colors of orange and green.

Then there’s the Jack the Clown Doughnut…and judging by the icing scowl on his face, he looks pretty upset that he’s about to become dessert.

He’s a raised yeast doughnut with tart raspberry jelly filling and vanilla frosting.

Jack the Clown Doughnut

Shaped like a Long John, his face is covered in white frosting, with black and red icing to illustrate his hair, angry eyes, nose, and snarling teeth. Underneath his mouth are the letters “HHN.”

Eek! Guess we’d better hurry up and scarf these treats before they give us nightmares!

Both are available right NOW at Voodoo Doughnut for $3.75 each!

  1. All that description but what we want to know is A. How it tastes, and B. Is it worth it? I’ve not heard good things about Voodoo Donut as of yet. The most common comment is that there are much better doughnuts out there.
