Universal Orlando first reopened to the general public on June 5th, 2020. Since then, their regular hours of operation have been relatively consistent, with both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure opening at 9AM and closing at 6PM.
We have learned today that those hours of operation are being reduced at both parks.
These new hours are set to begin on Sunday, August 2nd. On Universal Orlando’s website, the new posted hours for each park are as follows:
- Universal Studios: 9AM to 5PM (closing one hour earlier)
- Islands of Adventure: 10AM to 6PM (opening one hour later)
Currently, the daily hours of operation at both Volcano Bay and CityWalk remain the same, with Volcano Bay’s hours of operation staying at 9AM to 6PM, and CityWalk’s hours staying at 8AM to 10PM.
We’ll keep checking in on Universal Orlando’s hours and we will continue to provide updates if they change again!
