Challenge #171: Where in the world is this?

I promised March would go out like a lamb, and I don’t think I quite lived up to that promise. So, I’m calling on a personal friend of mine, if I might be so bold to say that; someone who definitely knows all about starting off with the roar of angry lion and developing the sweet, lamb side of their personality. Who am I holding hands with? (By the way, I’m the one wearing the Walt watch. You have to guess who has the other hand.)
