Terrible customer service. Our scheduled pickup was at 3:50am and we were walking from opposite side of resort. They called at 3:52 and left no voicemail. I called back at 3:57 when I saw missed call. They left and would not return phone calls or text messages. Finally got a call at 4:35 saying that the bus waited 5min and left. There is no refund to be had and no care about their customers. Ended up paying an additional $67 for an Uber to airport. Should have done from the start.

What they don’t tell you is that if you are late for the time they tell you to by one second beyond 5 minutes they will leave without you and inform you by text. There is no human emotion or customer service provided. They frankly could care less. Get an Uber or Lyft and save yourself the time and trouble.

After Mears didn’t show, Sherif from The Sunshine Flyer offered to take us from Disney to the airport at no extra charge! Thank you Sherif for rescuing us! We will definitely be using these guys again!

6 out of 10 is fairly fitting. Friendly staff and easy to follow signs in airport to find. Only complaint was they didn’t make it clear how many stops would be on the route, and I ended up being a person who “only had to wait 65 minutes on board”. If I would have known that, I would have ate lunch before the ride at MCO and not been absolutely starving.

The shuttle service is not as advertised. They claimed to be entertaining but just overpriced bus. On way there we had to wait a hour after our flight for people that never showed. On our pick up they would not wait a single minute past pick up time and stranded us. I understand others had flights but was then told the 3:40 bus was the last available for the day so my family of 6 was out of luck and they refused a refund. So $100 lost and o had to scramble to get to airport (and spend additional money). They did not care. I was stuck on a bus that had been late and had no control when I was late. Save your money and pick literally anything else.

My experience with Sunshine Flyer last week was really great. The wait time was 10 minutes and we made 3 stops. I would definitely recommend Sunshine flyer. On my departure, another couple was traveling on Mears and they arrived right on time for their bus and they saw the bus leave. They were in tears because they didn't wait 2 minutes for them and they asked the sunshine flyer driver if they can hop on their bus and the driver said yes. They were extremely grateful. When I book my next Disney trip, I will definitely be using Sunshine Flyer!

Excellent Service! Smooth sailing from booking to return trip to airport. Airport pick up was smooth, we were on the bus within 10 minutes of arriving at check in. Airport return was even better, we were scheduled for pick up at 3:30 AM, we walked out at 3:20 and the driver was there waiting and we promptly left the resort. I'd highly recommend The Sunshine Flyer based off my experience.

45 min departure after checking in and sending the wrong pickup location, not answering the phone after multiple calls/messages website is not useful just all around bad. Will be using lift from now on

Theming is great for little kids; buses have train wraparounds and drivers wear conductors uniform. Buses are clean and service is friendly. Customer service via text message is very responsive and helpful.

Great service. I highly recommend them. They got us to and from the airport in record time. Buses were comfortable and clean. Personal was always friendly and helpful when needed.
