Easy booking, easy instructions on what to expect, what to do, where to be picked up and dropped off. Buses were clean. Drivers friendly and helpful. Love the train designs on the buses. Makes the experience fun.

I would not recommend this form of transportation to Disney. This is not a very professional company and definitely does not have the Disney magic. The bus driver did not even acknowledge my daughter and I. And on our return trip to the airport was a huge disappointment. The driver was late and as soon as I got near him I could smell marijuana and upon boarding the bus the entire bus smelled of it. Very disappointing and unprofessional company. Do not use them!

Seamless drop off, pick up was just as good - the driver recognised that we didn't have a US number so called on Whatsapp instead. I got all of my confirmation emails as expected. I have no complaints with the service we received. Party of 8 adults and one infant.

My daughter and I enjoyed our trips on the Sunshine Flyer! Communication and confirmations from the Sunshine Flyer team was prompt and we never had to worry! We enjoyed the spacious clean themed buses. The staff and drivers were courteous and took great care of us! I would definitely book with Sunshine Flyer again!

First I got a text- you were not here we left- a month before we were in Disney. It took 10 emails to straighten that out. They could not get dates and times right. Then on arrival they didn’t show and left us stranded at 1 am. Then on pickup for departure I got another text- we were here and you weren’t so we left. 4 hours before departure. I even talked to our travel agent the night before to confirm time. This is an unreliable rip off service.

Hire Sunshine Flyer services one way from Pop Century to airport on August 9, 2022. They were super punctual, clean, friendly, helpful and I felt very safe. without a doubt this will continue to be my transport.

The worst bus company I ever seen. Bus drivers on the telephone and texting. I was in bus 6798 this morning and he was the worth driver I ever had.

You pay more than an Uber. You can be on the bus for 5 stops before your own. Not worth it.
