I called in a timely manner to modify the pick up time since my flight has been delayed 3 hours and they refused although it was within their working hours.
My request was for them to pick me up instead of 5:30… 7:30… and they refused… they would not give me a refund either…. Therefore I’ll have to arrange another way… can’t spend 6 to 7 hours in the airport with a 5and a 7 years old if I can help it

Booked the Sunshine Flyer on December 10th from Saratoga Springs. Shuttle was 45 minutes late. There were also training a new driver. With the TSA line we barely made our plane. I would not recommend.

Won't use again. Waited 45 minutes for our bus, was spoken to rudely by the staff while waiting, and were forced to wait next to a dirty fenced off area at the airport, and yelled at if we moved. On the way back, the driver was blasting odd music that kept cutting in and out.

This is the worst shuttle service. You are outside and there is no rhyme or reason as to how they board the buses. People just standing all over the sidewalk in the heat.

Took awhile to even find the location. Once we did is was a dark area outside. They didn’t need our email or anything, just asked our name and hotel.. We waited over a half hour in the heat outside. When they called our hotel, they directed us to a white but, not a bus looking like a train! The A/C was poor. I would much rather ride with MEARS, and that is what we will do from now on.

Definitely could use some organization. Arrived at MCO and found where we needed to go. Staff holding a paper sign, no standardized uniform. Was told to go wait in a corner outside and asked which resort and how many in my party. Did not utilize my email confirmation/QR code. No specific lines for resorts, waited extremely long time before we were asked where we were headed. Several resorts called several times without passengers. Witnessed several families denied access due to amount of luggage and passengers then told to wait for another bus. Over an hour wait to board the bus to our resort.
For our departure, the bus was late.

The method of transportation lacks structure. The current management handling the business is a joke. They don’t show up physically to address situations, lack common sense and leadership skills, and don’t know how to manage. Then, the demand isn’t met with the amount of supply, meaning, there’s not nowhere near enough buses for the amount of ppl traveling to Disney. An hour wait? With 20 buses in constant rotation? Then I was told it was because of traffic. Like I can’t open Apple Maps and notice the roadways clear?

I get they don’t have a prime location at the airport. But it was like a dirty dungeon, no order, no clear direction, very unprofessional!

The Hot Mess Express!! Stay away from this and take MEARS! DISASTER for first time using the service. Chaotic, no order, long wait time, too many stops, zero organization! They just herd people into a corner outside and call your resort when busses finally come and it’s a dash to get on. I’ve used MEARS before and wanted to try this and what a mistake. If you have small children anxious to get to Disney, avoid this. Also zero entertainment on the bus displays. Just an awful experience.

Sunshine Flyer could not have been better. Pick-up at MCO was easy & quick. Return from Disney was just as simple. At our bus stop people were complaining about Mears being 40 minutes late picking them up while Sunshine Flyer was right on time.
Pick-up notification was clear and easy to follow.
Highly recommended.
