Arrived for an 11 night stay on February 27, 2017. We had received a text message before our arrival that our room was ready. We avoided the check in desk and parked nearest to our room as possible. Magic Bands worked great getting into the room. We were in building 2, in the Mighty Ducks section. We had requested to be as close to transportation as possible. We had a standard room reservation and I believe we were as close to transportation as possible without paying for a preferred room. The room was clean. We had a king bed for the first time and loved that set up better than the two full/queens we've had on previous visits to other resorts. The carpet was slightly worn but it was clean so we didn't really care. The room smelled like it may have had a deep clean before our arrival. This was our third stay in a row in a value resort. And while the resort itself was fine for what we needed, we are tired of value resorts and will be booking moderate for our next trip. We only swam in the Mighty Ducks pool. It was a basic square pool with Mighty Duck accents around. The pool was always clean and warm. We enjoyed it very much. Being two adults we don't really have a need for a fancy pool and never actually swam in the main Fantasia pool. However it did look super cute.

We ate here on February 27, 2017. It was our first time eating here. We loved it and plan to eat here again on our next visit. I had Art's Famous Fried Chicken. It was delicious. It came with mashed potatoes and a cheddar biscuit. I would definitely get this again. Hubby wanted the braised short ribs but they were out so he got the chopped pork bbq plate. He enjoyed it very much. It came with homemade mac and cheese and a cheddar biscuit. All was delicious.
Pros:
Food, decor, atmosphere, serviceCons:

Our plan was to have an early breakfast at Epcot to gain access to the park before everyone else. Well, now we know that doesn't happen at Epcot. So that was a pretty big disappointment. We did enjoy the restaurant. It's not something we would plan to do every trip as it's just Hubby and I. But we still found it worth it. Food was very good and the character interaction was great. Love the rotating platform the restaurant is on. Sometimes you forget it's rotating until you notice your view is different.
Pros:
Atmosphere, characters, cinnamon rollsCons:

This is a must do on all our DW trips. We always get the build your own angus burger. Delicious. And the fries are excellent as well. Yes, it's the same trailers being shown as always, but we only go once a year so it's still fun and never gets old to us. Try the chocolate milkshake. YUM!

We ate here often on our last trip February 27-March 10, 2017. Had bagels, pizza, hot dogs, taco salad, lasagna, ham and cheese sandwich, fruit bowls, Mickey ice cream. All was very good. At rush hour times in the morning and evening it can get crowded and loud. Most of our meals we happen to miss those times.
Pros:
quick, decent foodCons:

This is a must do on all our trips to DW. We ate here last on March 2, 2017. We always get the fish and chips. Delicious. We were seated outside during early evening around 6:30. They had clear curtains dropped around the outer openings which was nice as it was a little breezy and getting chilly.

We made reservations here with the goal of gaining access to the park before everyone else. Mission accomplished. It took a little doing to find the right cast member at the gate but all of the ones we talked to were very helpful. It was wonderful being able to see the tree of life without a massive crowd and just take a leisurely walk to the restaurant. The food was great. Character interactions were great. It's just my DH and I so they typically don't spend a ton of time at our table but that's fine with us. Quick picture and a hand shake are good. We ate here on March 3, 2017. Very enjoyable.

DH and I ate here on March 5, 2017. This was our second time eating here and enjoyed it very much. We ordered the porterhouse for two. We also got salad and baked potato to share. The service was incredible and so was the food. This is a must do for us on every trip now.

DH and I ate here on March 4, 2017 for lunch. It was excellent. We ordered the all-you-care-to-enjoy Bill of Fare. It consisted of salad, traditional turkey dinner and all the trimmings. Dessert was Oooey gooey toffee cake, YUM. Would definitely order this again.

DH and I ate here for the first time on March 6, 2017. It was good, but not someplace we'd eat again. Just not the type of Chinese food we like. I had the Nine Dragon's fried rice. It was very good. DH, the picky one, had the honey sesame chicken. He said it was good. Just not something he'd be in a rush to order again. So we are glad we tried it. But not sure we'd eat there again. Beautiful restaurant and the service was great.
