The food was fine just much more bland than I had expected. I had the teriyaki beef and chicken platter which was just tasteless although fresh. A nice touch was being able to substitute edamame for a dessert.
The seating here is probably the best kept secret in Epcot. Plentiful indoors and outdoors and very quiet.
Pros:
plentiful quiet seating indoors and outdoors.Cons:

We stayed here for our second time June 2016, our first trip to AKL was last year and we just feel in love with it. As frequent visitors to the Beach Club and Poly, I worried that we would miss the ease of transportation and that the resort would be too dark. Not at all! The theming is just impeccable. We had a view of the savannah - I wouldn't want any other. The animals were 24/7 entertainment. Transportation was no bother because we rent a car which really just makes getting around easier and allows us to choose exactly when we come and go to all locations. The pool is large and beautiful. The Mara has wonderful quick-service options, and Boma is a very good buffet. Unlike the Beach Club, the resort is not massive which makes it more walkable and generally convenient to everything. It is now the only resort we want to stay at!
Pros:
Wonderful animals; ambience; themingCons:

We had breakfast at Trattoria al Forno after having several good dinners there on prior visits. I personally had the Cured Italian Meats that was served with tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, and cheese fonduta with bread to dunk along with a bloody mary. Great breakfast. I get tired of all the sweets for breakfast so this was right up my alley. Others in our party had a flatbread, pancakes with a raspberry fruit compote, and two kids meals with the mickey waffles. We all liked our meals. I think an edge they have here are some more unique options that aren't overly exotic. Would happily eat there again.
Pros:
Great quality and serviceCons:

We ate here twice in July/August 2016. The first time I had the quinoa salad which was basically a pile of leaves with a small bland portion of quinoa. This was the only poor choice of the six meals we had over the two visits.
The beef baguette and the turkey baguette were both amazing. We had them with fries one visit and the green beans the other and can highly recommend both. The croque monsieur was also great.
We had the Master's cupcake which I found to be fairly bland but my daughter adored (so much so she ordered it on our second visit too.) The strawberry cream cheese cupcake was our all out favourite. The chocolate cream puff was basically a profiterole with chocolate mousse in the centre - also delicious. The only dessert that we were unsure about was the chocolate cupcake. We love chocolate but this is so super chocolatey that we couldn't even manage a third each.
It is definitely worth ordering in advance as you bypass the regular line (pre-orders get a yellow rose those without join a different line with a red rose). We ate here twice for lunch and once for breakfast and managed to eat in all three rooms and honestly all are beautiful. The large room with the snowy window is louder than the others and the soft drink dispensers far, far busier.
If you have to choose between lunch and breakfast I would definitely go for lunch. Amazing.
Pros:
Beautiful restaurant, nice baguettes and cupcakes.Cons:

Firstly, it is amazing to be able to enter the park early with a quick service reservation. Be our Guest is a fabulous restaurant and great value on the ddp but not sure I would want to pay the cost. The standard pastry plate is the same size for parties of 2-4. There was plenty of selection for our party of three.
My son had the Gastons Breakfast which was a standard quick service cooked breakfast. No better, no worse.
I had the cheese and ham platter, very light option and something unusual.
My daughter definitely won with the croissant donut - shame it had bananas or I would have gladly ordered another as it looked amazing.
I would highly recommend trying this restaurant at least once.

My fourteen year old daughter had a taste for cheese pizza which is randomly very difficult to find at the Magic Kingdom. We finally found (thanks allears menu pages) that this venue serves flatbreads and kids meals. We went to check it out. I always forget how much seating there is in this place. It goes back miles.
She had the kids pizza meal, cheese pizza, apple slices, bottle of water and danone yoghurt. Great pizza!

We love frappucinos and enjoyed these morning and evening during our fortnight stay.
This is definitely the busiest outlet at Walt Disney World, however, the line does move at a reasonable speed.

To be honest we just called in here to try one of the cinnamon rolls. I know these are always reported as huge but we split this into four and each quarter was about the same size as an average cinnamon roll. I didn't realise these were served hot. Amazing. Can't recommend highly enough.
The only negative was that even though there were three servers and only two people in front of me it took an age to get served. Honestly not sure what they were doing.

First the negative, although I would visit here again having visited regularly over the years I could not understand why part of the upstairs seating area was roped off on a very busy Saturday in August. In addition there were only two free tables upstairs both of which had not been cleaned since the last guests had left.
Having said that the fried chicken and fish plate was as always hot and freshly made. It is always nice here to be able to opt for corn on the cob or coleslaw with your chicken and fish. We were on the dining plan and were able to substitute our dessert for a side order each of broccoli. Great food - never seems to have an off day.
Pros:
nice freshly cooked food, more choice of veg than usual, plentiful upstairs seating.Cons:

This is without a doubt our favourite breakfast worldwide. Where to start?
Not our first trip and definitely not our last. A trip to Walt Disney World would not be a perfect trip without a visit here.
The corned beef is always outstanding (second only to the sticky toffee pecan buns). The juice is loved by both my teenage kids. Just wish you didn't have to wait for the busy server to get refills.
Great coffee, lovely choice of fruit and pastries.
A new try for me this trip was the French toast bread pudding which had a pour on sauce the same as the sauce poured over the pecan buns.
Just too delicious for words. If this resort was easier to get too I would eat here every morning of a fourteen day stay.
