If you are going out to have dinner in a quiet setting, this is not the place to choose. But if you're up for some fun and decent food you've found an enjoyable place.

Pros:

Fun but Rowdy

I am very impressed with the counter service options that seem to change with the season's. For this small a space the variety is awesome and the Cast Members nothing, if not pleasant and helpful.

Pros:

Great Variety

Cons:

The birds at the outside tables

The food was great, yet the server seemed overloaded with tables.
My grandson (age 12) thinks that it would be more enjoyable as a shared table experience.

Good Food

I have never found the food itself to be anything but plentiful in options, fresh and varied.
Character intervention is better here than at other Character Meals we have been to.

Food and characters

My family of 6 had lunch here a few times during our 6 day visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lines always moved quickly, although crowded at times.
My kids enjoyed the individual pizzas and fruit smoothies, and my husband and I enjoyed the caprese sandwich with homemade bbq chips. Yummy!
There are a lot of choices here, especially for those who want a healthier meal.

Service and Selection

My family of 6 had breakfast here a few times during our 6 day visit. We found the service and staff to be wonderful. Although crowded at times, the lines moved quickly and everything was very organized. I highly recommend the Mickey waffles. They were sooooo yummy! We also enjoyed the yogurt parfaits that you made to order.

Our family of 6 visited the AOA for 8 days in May. The character icons throughout the resort were fun. Excellent attention to detail. We spent the entire morning of our departure exploring the grounds. The food court was large and well staffed. The soda stations were always clean and well stocked. The transportation was typical Disney. The waits varied with no rhyme or reason. The pool and splash pad were wonderful. That's saying a lot because we are from an area in Wisconsin that is a water park vacation destination and we spend a lot of time in the water. We spent every morning before heading to the parks swimming and participating in the poolside
activities. The resort was great!!! The rooms, not so much.
Unfortunately our family will not return to this resort. The room layout is more trouble than it's worth. In order for everyone to go to bed at night we had to take apart a couch and pull down a table after moving everything else in the room over to a corner.
When both of those beds are pulled down there was NO room to get around. Storage areas were almost non existent. Our teens had to live out of their suitcases for our entire stay. Basically there are a total of 4 drawers in the entire suite for 6 people(????). We couldn't set anything on the dining table because that was also a bed. The sofa tables also had to be moved and stacked nightly in order to pull out the sofa sleeper.
We really enjoyed the theming of the Nemo suite we were in. The 2 doors connected with the washrooms were nice. Our 2 younger children loved the decorative wall and lighting behind the table bed. They felt like they were going to bed at night with Nemo and friends.
In the future we will continue to get 2 adjoining rooms. More space , more storage, more privacy, same cost.

Pros:

AWSOME icons throughout the resort

Cons:

The suite layout

Had we not been on the dining plan I would have skipped this venue.
Food was fine, but by all means not great.
The cost of the FREE picture was incorporated into the overall cost.

Pros:

Princess Interaction

Cons:

Check-in slow, and cost

5 of us dined here on July 5th for lunch.
The girl taking our order spoke very poor English, so it was difficult understanding her.
The selection of items to order is extremely small, and the food was not very tasty. We ordered the beef and noodles, orange chicken and sesame chicken. All items were delivered hot, they just weren't very good.
The area where you eat is not air conditioned, and there are only 2 or 3 small fans on the ceiling. I had sweat pouring down my back while I was trying to eat, and my kids were just as uncomfortable.
We will definitely not be back.

Pros:

Cons:

The Dining Area is not Air Conditioned, and Small Menu
