We stayed in a princess room for this stay 11-16-14 to 11-23-14. My daughters loved the room and the attention to detail made us feel the Disney experience our entire trip. The landscaping on property is so good we liked just walking the grounds. We enjoy the food court, lobby and staff as well.
The only negatives I had is that a knob was off the dresser and a light was out. A call to maintenance had the problems fixed the next day. Also the wrist band didn't want to sync to open our room door which was a pain. This to was resolved.
I would recommend the resort and would return.

We used our Quick Service for this restaurant. we ate here twice in our past trip, and on the last day we both had our own Quick Service. If we were to pay out of pocket, for 2 hamburgers, fries, dessert and 2 drinks would have costed about $32.00 for a hamburger. So we were glad we were on dining plan.
The food was AMAZING. LOVED the Food..
It was a bit crowded but too crowded. The only down fall is that we weren't able to get our drinks like the Electric Umbrella.

We ate here on 11-17-2014. I have to say I would probably return, but just not right at opening time.
It was raining on the 17th like HARD. It was supposed to open at 4pm but some of the waiters were late and so we were left to wait outside in the pouring rain instead of being seating inside the waiting area.
But the food was great. I have the shrimp tacos and my mom had the steak..or some sort of meat thing. The chips in the beginning were just okay.
Dessert was great as well. Service was good after we were let in.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Quick Service Restaurant at Animal Service.
The food is great, but I am not a huge fan of the cheesecake.
We always go with the hamburger which we love because we can get our our toppings. You also have access to the soda machine. Some QS places you don't get to fill your own soda.
This place can be crowded at times.

We ate here 11-19-2014.
It was okay, but I would not go back again. I had the sweet and sour chicken and my mom had the steak w/ shrimp. I wish I went with the steak and shrimp since the sweet and sour chicken was a bit dry.
The rice was horrible.
I mean the service was great, but the food was "okay" nothing to write home about. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Ever since we started going in 2005 we always went with the basic dining plan. We (my mom and I) love it. We get the basic which comes with 1 QS 1 SNACK and 1 TS per PERSON + The Refill Mug.
We split the breakfast (usually the Bounty Platter w/ French Toast) and split lunch, that way we both have something. They give us a lot of food so splitting is not hard.
The Table Services are AMAZING.

We LOVE Pop Century. Love EVERYTHING about it. We usually get a great room in a great section, without paying the $11.00 extra.
This trip (nov 15-20th) we loved most cast members, except a few who didn't do their jobs right. One cast member in food court only took 1 side when she was supposed to work both sides.
Other than that, normal expectations from friendly cast members.

I liked Saratoga Springs more than I expected. Yes, it's huge and stopping at five bus stops within the resort got old. However, it's close to Downtown Disney, Epcot and the Studios, and not too far from the Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom, so bus rides weren't horribly long. I've heard about waits for buses, but we did not experience that at all. I don't think we ever waited more than 10 minutes, either at the resort or at a park coming back. Still, while the resort was nice, it's missing the amazing theming that resorts like the Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge or Polynesian have. Also, the on site dining was lackluster.

We stopped here twice on our recent trip just for the cinnamon rolls. They are so good. They're so big the four of us split it easily for a nice snack.
And if you're on the dining plan, it is just 1 snack credit!
The decor is great, it looks like you've walked into the movie.

Hot dogs and fries are great at Casey's! The dogs were large and juicy.
Seating inside is really lacking. More tables need to be added. There was plenty of space, just a lack of tables.
